“Very good dinner”
Reviewed 29 March 2014

We (2 couples) visited the restaurant in march 2014 and had a very good dinner and excellent service provided by José. I had the three courses menu for Euro 21,90 with wine included and it´s really valu for money.

“21oz T bone.............oh yes”
Reviewed 6 November 2013 via mobile

Ate here with my wife on Saturday 2nd November, never realised it was so highly rated on trip advisor and only went because we were passing, but glad we did. Nachos starter, nice to share, then for main course I went for the T bone, and the wife went for enchilatos. I asked for medium, it arrived more rare than medium, but I much prefer it that way than cremated. Both meals were well presented. Service was excellent and friendly. Price was also good. Couldn't fault anything about the place

“Good overall.”
Reviewed 30 October 2013 via mobile

Chose this restaurant after reviews from TripAdvisor. It is very easy to find, up from the end of the beach. The restaurant was busy both nights we went, which for the end of October, and their last week open, is very good. Of course, because it was the end of season, their dessert menu was prefaced with the list of things they didn't have available, which is understandable, if a little annoying.

Between out two nights there, we ate; grilled chicken, which was lovely and came with delicious coleslaw, a suckling pig dish which was beautifully presented and was very tasty, a huge starter of calamari, nice spinach lasagne and a disappointing hake casserole that was very overpriced.

The staff were lovely; very friendly and helpful, with a huge selection of languages between them! Overall service was good, although they made a slight mistake with our order one night.

The atmosphere was great. It's clearly a very popular venue, and couples, families and groups were all catered for.

I would recommend this hotel and I think if I was in Salou again I would chance another visit, as overall it was quite good.

“Fab”
Reviewed 30 October 2013 via mobile

Stumbled upon this place while walking around Salou for the evening. The waiters had an air about them as if they were really enjoying their job and smiling at their guests and passers by. We both orderd different paella's and had a bit of a wait while they were made. While we were waiting we were offered olives as an appitiser which was a nice touch. The meal came, it was served out onto each plate individually, the remainder that was placed on the side of the table, a towel was brought out and wrapped around the dish to keep it warm, a seperate plate was placed on the table for the shells and a finger bowl was brought out for each of us. All these details make a difference to a lovely meal experience, plus the paella was the best ive ever had. Give it a try, you wont be dissapointed.
