The hotel is ok the staff are lovely they loved our children my kids loved it. Down sides air con gos off at midnight we all wake up sweltering I did complain bout my 1 year old child struggling with the heat. The manager was up his nose up and turned the aircon off at 10 pm. The food is nice if you like eating mutton and severly stringy pork plus carefull of the fish its diffent everyday but besides that was ok

Dear client,
Thank you for your comments. As you realized the satisfaction of our guests is our main concern, and that begins with kindness in the service, decent food and cleanliness. About the air conditioning, is working up to request of guests and consequently up to the weather; last week of Juny -when you stayed in our hotel- days were warm but nights not so; actually extra blankets were requested by many guests, that’s why aircon system operates until 02:00 only (still the same schedule right now). Presumably the next days will arrives the summer heat and then our aircon will be working full time. It’s not easy to satisfy all the needs –we know- and we deeply regret that this could be your case; if so, we hope you will give us another chance in the future,
Yours faithfully,

Just returned from this hotel booked in at approx 10 45am told rooms not ready till noon so we got our allinclusive card went to use it told it was not valid till 12 noon when we got our room it was on ground level room 89 it was a corner room it was very small and very dated it was the smallest bathroom we had ever seen in a hotel the bath looked very dirty and the shower was useless but we thought we would give it a go as we where only there for 3 nights we travelled there as a group of freinds and family 18 people in all we had 5 rooms on the ground level 1 room on the 1st floor and 2 rooms on the 2nd floor all the rooms on the ground level were very dated any way we enquired about the air con in thr room and we were told that it would come on at 2pm till 2am but ours did not work reported it and told it would be fixed but that night it was not fixed and we had an bad night so in the morning we went to reception and asked for a move they told us to report back 12 noon they offered us a move to the 4th floor what a difference bright and a whole lot bigger so we swapped rooms it is true the walls are thin and you can here most things from the rooms on either side now lets get on to the food frankly it was the worst food ever and i have stayed in lots of hotels in lots of places the food was cold and not good at all i have to admit we did not pay a lot and they say you get what you pay for but i would expect better for a 3star and you cue up all the time for drinks and to be served by waiters that dont smile and ignore you and talk to each other but the worst is yet to come when you go into the restraunt you have to cue for your drinks even water and they only ever had 1 waiter to serve you also there were tables that had not been cleared i felt sorry for the staff there was only 3staff to clear all the tables it was ovious that the whole hotel was under staffed but the best thing was is that there was a recommended by trip adviser on the entrance door all my freinds ate at the paddock and the smugglers cove down the road who reported that they get a lot from this hotel i have to say that me and my wife gave them a chance and thought that it cant be bad all the time how wrong was i chip buttys is what i ate most and even then the chips were luke warm i would like to report some nice things about this hotel but i am sorry i cant need less to say me and all my friends will not be coming here ever again

Room Tip: If you do stay here get high floors if you can ground floors rubbish

Food cold, repetative! Quality poor. Dress attire for dining in the evening was bad, most people in beach gear? Vests and Tattoos and bad language, I felt the hotel staff should have done something.but staff excellent

Me and my friend (both 27) have just come back from a week here. We want to say that the staff are amazing here and work seriously hard.
Food: there is a good variety of food, not amazing but you won't go hungry 3/5 for food

Entertainment: mainly for children, but a at our age we went out most nights

Rooms: beds are terrible! And the walls are thin! We heard a man snoring all night next door but 1!

Salou: very lovely, but a 3 mile walk from the hotel or the bus outside the hotel for £2.

Lots to do over all good holiday!

This my 3rd time staying at this hotel all my other times where amazing.but this time the food was a terrible had to eat out due to the state of the food .was expensive as there was 3 families of us staying. but the hotel it's self was good friendly staff, clean rooms, entertainment was ok but could of been bit better. Had to pay some sort of tax and hotel had computers for wi fi and they kept cutting out all the time when it got to a certain time. Would of been a good hotel if the food was better.

Stayed at this hotel from April 1 St till April 8th .Food was below average for 3*hotel , rooms were o.k & cleaned daily. The staff at this hotel could not do enough for guests but were fighting a loosing battle , very dated hotel .guests running & fighting @3 a.m in corridors ,reported to staff to no avail. From the €1 for small bottle of water to €10 for 3days wi fi.plus €30 for 1 weeks safe.Would not return to this hotel under any circumstances.
