I stayed here for 1 week with my partner and our friend between the 21/08/12 and 28/08/12. The hotel itself is nice enough and in a good location.

I have no complaints about the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful espec when I had to complain to reception about a Jeremy Kyle episode during the night from the room next door.

My issues were with the pool area being far too small. Not nearly enough sun loungers and as every one else said you do need to fight to get a sun bed and have been queuing from about half 9. The pool itself is far too small and was not cleaned once during our whole stay.

The food for the all inclusive was not great. It was mainly catered towards Spanish guests and the meats were not always cooked fully. The pool bar food was ok, but the burgers were vile and under cooked, well any I had were.

The main issue with this hotel was the guests. It was mainly all Spanish locals staying in the hotel who jumped in front to get served at the bar. Took over the sun bed area and circled round the small pool and started being rude towards other guests and even to a small boy and stole his inflatable water toy. When an adult complained they started being abusive. We saw the lifeguard having to come and move the sunbeds back into the normal position because they were blocking the area. In the actual pool they took it over playing ball games and deliberately trying to hit people who were swimming by.

I wouldn't stay in this hotel again and that is purely because of the rude Spanish guests an the all of variety in the food.

Am just going to cut to the chase. I am just home after 10 days in this appalling place with my boyfriend who doesn't rate it any higher than me! It is far too small for all inclusive for a start. Without fail your are running and basically scrapping for a sun lounger. I mean come on, for the amount of times I have been on holiday I have never came across fighting for a sun lounger! We actually met a couple who said they got a chair threw at them for trying to get one. Which is just absolutely crazy. The pool area is just far too small. We gave u trying to get space at the pool in the morning and heading to the beach or done other activities. I felt this was ridiculously as its just nice to lay at the pool for a couple of days, and i couldnt even do that. I am aware its a 3 start hotel but god knows how its even 3 star. Never felt so unwelcome and uneasy in my life! The receptionist where EXTREMELY rude. By the third day in I could not wait to come home as I was just ready to blow with how rude and inpatient they are! The entertainment staff, well that was something else. The way he spoke to the children was unbelievable. One night I heard him say to a little boy 'are you dancing? NO so go away' The little boy stood in shock! I do not rate this hotel whatsoever and would advise to stay well away! The food was basic and the waiters could not get you out the dinning area quick enough. The maids took till 2pm every day to clean/give us new fresh towels. But we could hear them next door and at the rooms across the hall at 10 AM. So i could not understand why we kept getting missed out. I will not be back I and have been to my travel agents to stop recommending this hotel!

Room Tip: Just do not book this hotel!

Had a nice holiday, pool area was ridiculously small and found the pool itself quite dirty. Only spent 2 days relaxing by the pool because i was too embarrassed to join the mob of people running for the sun beds every morning. Paid 6€ for a day in the spa and it was lovely. Although it wasn't in the sun would i deffinatly recommend it. Beach only 10 min walk away and it's very safe in the night to go for a walk down there, food was just ok but what can you expect for a 3*?
I wouldn't recommend the hotel purely based on the pool area but that said we did have quite a nice holiday.

The location was excellent near to beach, shops and Port Aventura. Hotel staff very friendly and very helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean, a variety of food which was excellent. Overall a fantastic experience, i would definetly recommend others to go and would not hesitate about returning to this hotel in the future.

First of all the plus points. the hotel is situated on a one way street about a 10 minute stroll from the beach, plenty of little shops and bars around the hotel if you are b&b only.
The reception staff are very helpfull and polite, the hotel is very clean throughout, our room was serviced and cleaned daily, the toilet and shower were also very clean.
the bar staff were very good and served people as quickly as possible, we did not have a problem waiting in long queues to get a drink, the restaurant staff are very polite and the food very good and varied with plenty of choice both hot and cold, anyone who moans about the food here should try catering for this many guests and giving such a good choice of food, we stayed all inclusive and really enjoyed the food.
Now the minus points.. the pool for this hotel is far far too small you cannot swim more than a few feet without bumping into someone, then there are the blow up giant rings, blow up chairs whales, dolphins, sharks and airbeds to avoid, there is also a problem with ball games in the pool, at one point 6 different ball games were going on with the balls being thrown the length and width of the pool I was hit a couple of times during the week and the hotel management need to address this problem before someone gets hurt.
The sunbed area is also to small for the amount of guests, at 10am there is a mad rush for the sunbeds when the pool opens, by 10:05 all the beds are gone!! there are not enough sun shades and guests were buying there own from in the town.
We took two of our grandchildren with us aged 7yrs and 13yrs not much for them to do entertainment wise only a mini disco for the 7yr old that lasted about 20 minutes at 9pm and a couple of activites during the day, evining entertainment was o.k magician, singing group, acrobats etc. during the week.
I would probably return to this hotel if the pool and sunbed area were bigger.
We did have a little noise at night with guests returning to there rooms but this is not the fault of the hotel just inconsiderate people who have no respect for others.
To sum up good location, very friendly, great food but a big NO NO for the pool.
Our stay was from 14/8/12 to 21/8/12

Room Tip: Ask for a room on 4th or 5th floor on the road side (its not so noisey as the pool side) also try to...
