I stayed at this hotel for a week in june . The food was briliant the people were amazing(say thanks to hugo who made my girls week by making a fuss of her when she wore her spanish dress)the only downside to this hotel was the beds they terrible(way too hard)and could have been cleaner there was alot of dust (not that i spent much time in the room).Everything else was brilliant the only regret i have is staying for a week itll b 10 nights next time !!! Great job el paso we will b back next year

I stayed at this hotel with my fiancé' from the 31st My to the 7th June. On arrival of the hotel it looked massive! We went into reception where there was a large queue to check in, we were in the queue for around half an hour which was quite annoying but when we got to the desk the member of staff spoke very good English and proceeded to tell us about all the information we needed while we were there. Unfortunately we arrived at 12ish but could not check in till 3, but they told us we could leave our suitcases in the hotel, 2 members of staff took our room number and put tags on our suitcases and then we were free! We decided to have a walk around the hotel to make ourselves known to where everything was. We sat in the Club Maya where there were sandwiches fruit and puddings on display for you to help yourself and soft drinks, we had some lunch and then decided to go to the theme park. It was a 3 minute walk to the park where we got straight in no problem and no queuing. Around 2 ish we went back to the hotel, we asked reception if our room was ready and it was! We collected our suitcases where a member of staff drove us in a little buggy straight to our block we were staying in! He then went on to take our suitcases to our room! Once settled in we went to the pool, massive pool, lots of sunbeds free and lots of friendly staff and other people staying in the hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels, pool always clean and always room to sit, excellent location and finally the food was outstanding! I am a fussy eater, so I always worry about food but there was plenty of choice and never a long queue for the buffet for evening meals or breakfast! I would definitely go back to this hotel :) Don't have a bad word to say about our stay!

Food and drink - very good with lots of choice.
Rooms - Small but clean. Requested a pool view and got a pool view.
Pool - Large and spacious. Plenty of sun loungers and pool bars served excellent drinks and ok snacks.
Reception and Staff - Helpful, efficient and friendly.
All Inclusive package included unlimited access into Portaventura Park - fantastic, great shows, fab rides, relaxed and feel good atmosphere.
We travelled as family - two adults and two teenagers. We definitely will return in the near future.

This hotel is superb from the quality of the food and drinks, the location with the park access and the staff and rooms are excellent. I can't see how anyone could complain about a thing here it caters for all, we spent days round the pool or in the water park then evenings in the park when it cooled down and was quieter, the use of the all inclusive in the park means you don't have to hurry out thinking your missing meals and the shows at portadventura are amazing for some rest time between the exploring of the park, we didn't have a single bad meal and the el coyote restaurant is very good for a
Couple of evening (2 nights if staying for 7 days or more) the drink quality was excellent and the branded ice cream, slush and soft drinks were great for kids. We also explored salou and hired bikes to cycle to cambrills which was also lovely and all so close by. We as a family (who usually go to
Florida) could not fault this hotel and we had a truly amazing family break.. Can not wait to
Come back very soon!

Got to say we are a family of 4,girl 13 boy 8,and we have had an absolute blast staying at this hotel..checked in with no problems had to wait about 20 mins thought that was okay as there is so much information to take in. Our room was spacious and clean but prob not a 4 star I would of said 3....but if ya go on holiday your not suppose to spend much time in it are you!! Food- there was plenty of choice at all times it wasn't fantastic food all the time but what you expect for an all inclusive hotel....but my love was the variety of different salads they had...but from 12 noon the pool bar had food on all the time from hotdogs, burgers, nuggets, pork loins...toasties, chips and a selection of cold sandwiches which all were pretty good!!...you get the chance to go to the coyote restaurant once if you stay for 7 days or twice if longer (recommended, ribs were delicious). Only negative av got is the entertainment on a night was dire...started late and finished too soon and the acts were dreadful....but hey we came because of daytime activities and the theme park and the water park was just amazing- great rides great live shows as a family we loved every minute in there and you can also eat in there 3 restaurants accepted you all inclusive passes great!!!! The food wasn't to bad either. I recommend going to see generations forever show amazing!!! Youngest also loved the live bubble show great entertainment!! Also water park was a blast none stop action in there,we loved all the slides and ring rapids that took you all around the park, our kids loved the wave machine it was on most of the time we were there and spent a lot of time here sunbathing then cooling down in the waves!!! So overall we have had a great experience been here for 10 days and would recommend any family to give it ago don't think you will b disappointed!!! We will return again sometime in the near future!!
