Be warned this place is super popular but it’s very nice, they serve till midnight might even be 1.00 am can’t remember.
So if you want to eat late it’s perfect.
Has a good atmosphere as is always full.
Have eaten there 2 nights in a row and the rest of the family are eating there again tonight.
Had the carbonara first night and it was lovely then smoked salmon Ravioli the next was good.
The tiramisu was good too although I don’t think it had any alcohol in it .
My husband had the cook your own fillet steak which was for 2 of us and it was really good, it does take up a lot of space on the table though, as they literally bring out a mini salamander to your table .
Daughter had the lamb with roast veg and potatoes which was also very good.
The lamb is served in a cast iron contraption which is on a wooden board , to be honest it’s a pain to eat from, they would be better serving it on a plate .
The girls had the brownies and ice cream also very nice.
There is a very nice man who greets you and takes your name for a table, and will tell you how long you need to wait and that’s pretty accurate.
Once in service is quick and friendly
The menus are available in all languages too .
Would recommend!
Not if your looking for a quiet meal though .
This place is organised and friendly just the way it should be , unlike the El Capitan on the beach .

If I was the owner of this place and knew Saturdays were so popular......why not have more staff. When we went at 8.30 pm it was reasonable. By the time we left at 10.00 they were queuing outside and were on their second sitting.
They got our order wrong, keeping us waiting whilst our starter cooled down, then forgot us for 20minutes after the main course. What came was mediocre and overpriced for GC. Only smokers can sit by the window for a view.
No apology....no tip....no return.

Went here for dinner this evening with the Mrs as we had walked past it and thought it looked decent. Staff were friendly when we walked in and offered us smoking or non smoking table. We had smoking as my mrs wishes to continue to slow kill herself.... lolz. Waiter came round and asked what we wanted to drink almost immediately so didn’t give us a lot of time to look at drinks, so I’d say a little more time is needed there. Anyway I had plank steak and the mrs had pork. The steak was very good, asked for it medium rare and that’s exactly how it came out! Came with vegetables and chips and a lovely sauce. The mrs chose pork steaks which she said was also very nice and also came with vegetables and wedges. I see a lot of people moaning about cold food? Well out meals were piping hot and the restaurant was getting busy when we entered and ordered, so no complaints from us. We also both had a home brownie desert which was nice. Wether or not it was home made is another question, but it was still decent. The bill came to just over €40 with drinks as well, which is a good price really! Staff were all very friendly and most spoke numerous languages. I would definitely go again and recommend this place if you are staying in the area. :)
