We stayed here in mid October I booked a party of 12 family members, on arrival the hotel is in a quiet area of play de ingles, the hotel was spotless and the rooms we also spotless, the indoor bar was great with the staff very helpful and always accommodating. But the restaurant let the hotel down, the food was a bit hit and miss sometimes good sometimes poor, there was not catering staff on duty and you had to wait for some food to be brought out also the food was sometimes repetitive , also the staff knew we were a party of 12 and very often couldn't be bothered to try to accommodate us.
The pool areas were also spotless and always plenty of sunbeds. There was no pool bar which again to make the hotel much better a pool bar would be so much of an advantage.
But all in all it was a nice clean hotel and most of the staff were helpful.

This is a really different hotel - Modern decor - Very "Chic - Practical " with no children
This first thing is its so clean and bright - and stays that way through the whole stay .
The staff are very helpful and not too over the top - Reception is open and very relaxed
The rooms are spacious and modern - maid service is fantastic and at any time of the day.
The food is really nice quality and I found it all but one night to be really good - there is not a massive choice but well cooked . Couple of themed nights were good and tasty Chinese and Italian - nearly always a Fish choice there .
Pools are lovely - choice of Two large and three smaller - One seems to be very busy and there is a quieter "Sandy Beach " Pool which is lovely . Spa looked good did not try it and also Gym looked fairly well equipped also

Bar with cocktails included in All Inc is amazing with really lovely staff , one lady in particular is a very special person - you can see this the way she is greeted by regulars at the hotel I will not put her name but you will know who I mean if you visit she is really lovely and with her the bar man is very proper and in his own way most comical
The evening entertainment is low key and understated which was perfect for those who only want a quiet night - if you want more lively then a 10 minute walk to the nightclubs and more loud and lively bars.
There is a bus to the beach and its worth it for the return journey which is all uphill if you prefer to walk then about 30 minutes - the beach is lovely and sandy - very busy .
Walk to the Dunes - its what everybody seems to do - perhaps to pass the nudist beach on the way .
A day out to Port De Mogan is a must - Take a bus from the roundabout and get the Ferry then mini Bus back its well worth it.
All in all a great place and a smashing hotel would recommend it as a great place to stay .

Room Tip: Room Overlooking the Sandy Beach Pool - away from the Lift is best

I stayed at this excellent hotel from 14th -21st october, staff very polite and helpful, choice of food was very good and all inclusive drinks plentiful. pool area very peaceful and relaxing, having no children at the hotel was definitely a bonus, evening entertainment very low key but it is only a 10 minute walk to the yumbo center for something a bit more lively, 20 minute walk to the beach but the hotel does run a shuttle bus if you don't fancy the walk (never used it myself)

we stayed for a week and it was very relaxing. the facilities are great and the complex is clean and well maintained. we stayed on a self catering basis and I would recommend this. we did pay to eat in the restaurant which offers good value but there is a limited choice so once or twice is enough. drinks and snacks are available in the on site 'prime market' but this was a bit pricy so I would suggest shopping at the spar around the corner as it is cheaper. the biggest plus for us was that it was adults only so was nice and peaceful. well worth a visit we would definitely stay here again.

my self and my husband stayed at the sunprine 3rd-11th october the hotel it self is lovely, the location is quite but much is in walking distance or cabs are very cheap, the only down side to the hotel for me was the food for all inclusive me being a fussy eater really struggled as they didnt have many dishs to choice from and most night it was very repetitive, i lived on chips and ice cream,
hotel room was lovely and cleaned every day
The enterainment in the evening at the bar is very limited but so have some good singers on most nights,

places we would recommend to visit and excertions-

canerian combo- is a must was an excellent and we got to see the dolphins,

moonlight cinema- was excellent well worth the money and staff were really friendly

lighthouse

sand dunes

Music hall taven show is also a must was such a fun evening with lots of giggles

the only thing we didnt like was at the yumbo centre as soon as the realise your english there on you like a shot you carnt walk into a shop without them following you asking you what you want to buy

Clean comfortable hotel room with a huge terrace equiped with sunloungers and parasol (2nd Floor only)
Plenty of sunloungers around the pool so no need to rise early to reserve one with a towel :)
Stayed all inclusive and throughly enjoyed the food - had themed nights such as italian, chinese and also a great Paella!
The staff were very pleaseant in particular a lovely lady called Amparo - always smiling :)
With the hotel being adult only it was very relaxing and quiet around the pool during the day.
would recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday as it was just far enough outside of the thriving centre of Playa del Ingles, which was around a 10 min walk to shops but a good 20 mins to beach - however there is a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. Try it you might like it :)
