The hotel is full of rude spanish people including some of the day staff who worked at the hotel.
Waking up extra early each morning just to get a sunbed and get a table for breakfast including other meals was not fun as we felt rushed throughout the day.
The food was alright but ive had better wasnt much variety throughout the week and you could only order 2 drinks per room.
Hotel room was small but clean the maids did a good job and was friendly unlike the other staff.
Entertainment was crap that is all, but other than that the hotel was alright!

Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted a safe which was 50euro's of which we got 25 euro,s back at the end after handing in the key (which I thought was expensive)...when we arrived at our room it was very small and its the fist time i have ever seen carpets in a hotel room that had clearly not been hoovered and had fag burns in it... then opening the doors to the balcony to be greeted by a very busy and noisy road.... thinking 'oh well its just a room' we went to the pool bar where we were told everytime we wanted a drink we needed to get our room card swiped so i had to back up to the room to get my card as we only brought 1 out.... then at the bar even though there was only 1 person in front of me I was served 5th or 6th after the barman blatently served other spanish before me.... so upon asking for a cuba lebra off the all inclusive drinks menu I was handed a tiny plasic cup with nothing more than a splash of rum in it and then pointed to the direction of the soft drink pumps in a very rude manor.... we sat and had a few drinks and just assumed it was a rude member of staff..... dinner was nothing short of discusting (im not even going to start with why as i dont have that long).... after dinner sitting outside waiters were coming over and serving the spanish so we went for our own drinks.... the entertainment was really bad unless you like line dancing with the old spanish folks.... we couldnt hack it so just went out earlier... It never got any better as the week went on!!... all the staff was rude and clearly gave the spanish all the attention and sevice....I also asked at reception if I could change £300 into euro's only to be offered 280euro's (so at this hotel the euro is worth more than the pound??) also its nice to have cold water to drink at night... which is in vending machines in the hotel (which is normally out of stock) and u couldnt buy it in the shop in the day because it would just go warm by the time u want it at night!.... We spent a fortune eating and drinking at other places so that the hotel didnt spoil our holiday!! Every British and Irish person form our hotel we spoke to had all the same complaints as us!!
AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!

Been back a couple of weeks now. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Most of the staff were very nice, but there were a few which were rude. Entertainment was rubbish. 3 good shows in two weeks. Queues in restaurant and getting drinks. Asked for a pool view was put on a view off the roadside. Didn't think that we got wot we paid for. Not good value for money. Would not recommend friends to go here. Angela. Cheltenham.

7 Nights All Inclusive;

A very clean, crisp Hotel with a great service, brilliant variety of food and facilties.

This was me and my girlfriends 1st holiday in Gran Canaria and to the Beverley Park but now experiencing what we did we would happily go back and even consider a longer stay there.

Would not hesitate to recommend anyday of the week!

Room Tip: The Higher Floored Sea View Rooms are well worth the extra money if you book in advance

Hotel ok for the money. Rooms clean but a bit small and could do with a bit of updating. Bar service slow to say the least. Food not bad at all. Most of the drinks not included in all inclusive. Beware all inclusive ends at 11 and not 12. Dont exchange your money here they rob you big time and no receipt. The area itself is really beautiful. Lovely beaches all close together, many shops and restaurants. Hiring a car for the day is cheap and well worth the money. Most of the hotel staff are polite and friendly.

Just back from this hotel disappointed food was fine and drinks. But the entertainment was awful ok if you were Spanish. The staff were so rude but seemed very chatty to spanish guest .We didn't feel welcome and felt we were a inconvenience to them. The rooms need updated but the maids done a lovely job. Would not recommend this hotel too directed towards spanish felt not welcomed.

We stayed here for a week all inclusive in July. Overall it's a good hotel in a good location but you do get what you pay for. There are 3 pools and they were always clean and not too crowded. As its a busy time of year there wasn't enough sun loungers unless you got up at half 7, but for most of the day the ones with towels on we're unoccupied, very annoying! The hotel room was adequate, the cleaning was to a high standard. We were supposed to have a room that slept 3 but it definitely did not. It was supposed to be a double but there were 2 single beds pushed together, this wasn't a problem but one of the beds was ridiculously noisy! All you had to do was sit on it and it creaked like an old barn door!!

There was a wide selection of food but often it wasn't labelled, which was a problem for me as I'm vegetarian. Also the restaurant was often crowded and you had to queue and dodge people carrying plates. The drinks machines were very hit and miss and had massive queues. If your looking for amazing food it's not for you but for the price we payed it was very god value. The pool bar was good for helping yourself to soft drinks but as you have to give in your room card for alcoholic drinks this led to a queue quite a lot of the time. The first few nights the queue at the bar was that long we went straight out but after that we often sat outside and had 2 or 3 drinks before we headed out. The alcohol is non branded but there is a wide selection. The barmen were mostly friendly, some give you lemon in your drink others don't.

The hotel is three mins walk from the beach but tho get to the bars you have to walk up alot of steps! To walk to where the main restaurants and bars are is quite a way, probably takes 25 mins. The hotel entertainment is not catered towards the english, it took us 10 mins to decide if one act was a drag act or not! one of the most random things was the fashion show where people applauded a woman for wandering in and out in different outfits that you could buy, strange. The reception is open 24 hours but some members of staff were very helpful where as others were not. Sometimes we struggled to be understood but the hotel had mostly Spanish and German guests. On the first night we were given our room keys , we unpacked then went out, when we returned in the early hours we found the key card no longer worked. When we told reception they said we were in a different room, this led to a lot of walking up and down until they finally transferred the key cards back to the room where all our stuff was. They could give us no explanation to why this was!

If I went to Gran Canaria again I wouldn't stay here but that's not because I think it's a bad hotel I would just like to closer to the resort centre and maybe have better entertainment on site. If you want a fairly cheap all inclusive holiday right by the beach then Beverly park is a good place to go.

Room Tip: Avoid the squeaky bed in 177!
