Good food. Accommodation comfortable. Air conditioning effective. very clean. Staff friendly. Only thing for us was no music around pool. Entertainment poor. Hotel need to invest more for entertainment staff to get better support.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Just round corner from Hard Rock Cafe and lots of shops and restaurants on door step. Enjoyed evening entertainment every night although kids disco was a bit repetitive ( maybe different songs cud be played), overall we all had great time- 2 adults and 2 kids 3 and 6

What can I say, we have been here twice now and are looking to book again for next year!

Lets get the negatives people have said out of the way.

Food - the breakfast is awesome, cereals, different breads, fresh fruit and veg (prepared and whole), pastries and croissants, yoghurts, full fried breakfast, even a chef on hand to cook your eggs how you like it!

I couldn't comment on lunch and evening meal as we were B&B but with so many cheap restaurants around you don't need to eat in the hotel, the Chinese all you can eat buffet for 7 euros each is all fresh and delicious!

Pool - it is a family hotel, with different nationalities staying, but this isn't a problem as the staff speak all languages. Plenty of beds, some shaded, some not, large pool full of children, lots of fun! There is aqua aerobics every day, The Management put their foot down about reserving beds, and rightly so!

There is an internet cafe on site, its a 2 minute walk to the shop over the road which sells daily papers, 5 minutes from the beach, surrounded by shops and eating places. 10 minutes down the road is Veronicas, which is lovely by day (noisy by night but I suppose it all depends on what you are going for!)

The hotel is so quiet by night, the entertainment finishes at 11, we weren't woken by noise once during the whole stay!

The rooms are immaculately clean, as are the seating area and pool, the staff are friendly, the dinning area is clean and spacious, I can't think of anything bad to say!

20 minutes from the airport (longer if your transfer is by bus, taxi is 25 euros, worth it for the air conditioning!)

Go Karting is fun for the kids and a free bus ride away.

If you have any doubts, don't, because I don't think you could find a better hotel!

Room Tip: Ask for a pool view

Hummmm where to start ...........
We've just returned from a 7 night half board stay as a family of 4 with 2 young children.
The family room is not big enough to swing a cat in, and when asked if we could have a bigger room with a better view than the sex shop sign and the football and tennis court we were told we had to pay another £168 euros, and that included the spar which we could use with out the kids ( the receptionist told me to leave the kids by the pool YER RIGHT. )
Breakfast there was a good selection of food
You could swap your dinner for lunch so you could eat out which we did a lot as we didn't really like the choice of food ( Chinese and the beef were the best nights )
I found myself getting up at 4am yes bloody 4 am to put towels out so we were close to the pool to watch the children !!!! (JOKE)
I've been to a lot of places and I've never seen so many cockroaches by the pool and near the pool bar
On a better note the hotel is in a perfect location I highly recommend merlin Chinese buffet really yummy
Animation team couldn't do enough for the kids and the night entertainment for them was very good to.
Safe to say we will be going back to Tenerife but not to this hotel which I have to say is more like a 2 star than 4 by any standard !!!!
H10 and best Tenerife look good

Room Tip: Don't buy the wifi it's crap and if you get a safe don't pay for the fridge as the safe...

We like this hotel for the location, pool and it is a typical 4 star hotel.
How anyone can knock the food is a joke - It was very good and ample choice. We were on half board and went out a fair few times for a change of scenery.
Pool - People were putting towels out night before !! Hotel do nothing. Old towels were left abandoned round the pool for days without being cleared up. Probably because the hotel say they will take a towel deposit but don't hence abandoned towels. By the end of last week the Guard gave up stopping balls in the pool and Lilos, floats, balls etc all appeared. Mmmm don't think they wanted to tell off the Spanish guests as one man gave the Guard a right telling off over hid kids ball.
At night there was not enough room to sit outside on the Terrace & watch the show as it was full of Santiago guests with kids watching the show until 10pm. Even drinking their own booze !!
No one gave a hoot who came in the hotel thru the front doors.
In the day also a lot of non hotel guests in pool area. Think the Hotel need to look at this.
Several nights we ended up over the road at Patricks Bar {the BR} for a drink as no room on Terrace. At 10pm you see the Santiago lot coming back over the road.

Stayed here july 2014, check in was very quick and efficient, staff were friendly and helpful, had to pay extra to use the fridge, safe in room and the very very poor wifi unless stood next to reception. For a four star hotel I found this very poor and its very obvious the hotel try to get every euro out of our pockets, british bars and restaurants close by all had free wifi and was a fast connection unlike the hotel. The hotel was lovely, all staff we came across were excellent, main bar service was very slow due to you using your room card for payment, this was fantastic, not having to carry cash around with you all day. We were bed and breakfast, plenty of choice and quite nice, be early as its gets very busy after 9am, pool snack bar was very good indeed, and prices were very cheap which supprised me as were drinks. Pool area is huge with plenty of sun loungers although you need to be up at 6.30 am to save a prime spot unless you are cheeky like some people we seen sneaking down after midnight to reserve their place, overall was a good stay in this hotel, have stayed in a lot worse in tenerife, just think they should slighty improve the faults I raised, also have a on site spa, I had a back and head massage for 25 euro, was fantastic.

Room Tip: Dont bother paying for the wifi, its terrible, most bars and restaurants close by have it for free
