this hotel is very good .the room we was in was faultless roomy and very clean .the bar and evrthing else was very good ,the staff were rushed off there feet ..there are plenty of sun loungers .we have been to this resort many times and we have stayed at the sister hotel up the road torviscios park ..we came here in december .so i wanted to try something a little different ,what a mistake .the food is so poor you think your in a refugee camp NOTHING IS HOT ....NOTHING ....the fried eggs are cooked 20/30 at a time .so if there is no queue they can be cooked to death .the omlettes are put on the grill then the cheese and what ever is put on them they are not cooked .the chef told me he has been there 8 years ,well it.s about time some shown him how to cook .there is only one chap who has not got a clue cooking all the meat /fish for the whole hotel .there is only one deep fat fryer to cater for everyone ,so when they are ready they are chucked on the serving didh full of cookong oil .having put upwith this for 12 days i asked to have my meals at the torrvious park ...NOW THAT IS A FOUR STAR SMASHING

Although we sincerely regret reading your disappointment on our cuisine, we thank you for the time you took out of your day to share your overall impressions on your stay at our IBEROSTAR Las Dalias hotel so we can take your vision into consideration in order to improve the level of our services.

We deeply lament reading that our buffets did not live up to your expectations however we would like to take the opportunity to point out that at IBEROSTAR we only work with expert Chefs and do our utmost to ensure the high quality levels imposed by the company on a global level; this is why we were surprised to read your comments on the show cooking stands where our Chefs prepare eggs in the morning and meat/fish for lunch and dinner, cooked to order.

Moreover, we also would like to point out that each tray is being exposed for a maximum of an half an hour although some may last a little longer depending on the product; during the service we check the temperature again to make sure that it is appropriate. Our hotel is HACCP certified, following the strict food safety management system as per EN ISO 22000:2005, thus minimizing possible dangers in food processing, preparation and presentation. At IBEROSTAR we apply these high standards of quality and want to reassure you on this point.

On the other hand, it is very enjoyable to read you felt comfortable in the room we accommodated you in; our goal is to provide comfortable and spotless accommodations in unbeatable locations and we thank you for letting us know you were satisfied with yours.

Moreover we thank you for your wonderful comments on service which of course have been shared with the entire team. It is always a great source of motivation for our staff to hear that our guests appreciated their services and attention to detail.

We stayed for a week here at the beginning of March. The hotel is really clean and they are constantly maintaining the hotel - workers always seem to be on the go. The breakfast is fab - cant fault it. Omlettes made to order and eggs cooked how you like them. The food was typical all inclusive but there was always something to choose from.

Cocktails were brilliant and the bar staff couldn't do enough to help you and were very pleasant.

The animation team worked very hard all day - there was always an activity on the go but you were never pressured into taking part if you didn't want to. Fashion shows during the day were good with a good range of clothing which was reasonably priced too. The all inclusive drinks were great - branded drinks like gordons gin were part of this.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we intend to go back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at the las dalias the staff were very helpful and every area of the hotel was very clean,the pool area is upto a decent standard with plenty of sun loungers,The rooms are in need of new decor and especially the bathroom.The food is to a good standard but by the sixth day we had enough and started to eat out,there is nothing wrong with the food but its mainly the same dishes every night especially the italian food for the lasagne and the other italian dishes all tasted the same.

Short 4 day break here, good things...food excellent can't fault choice, quality or service. Cater for everyone's taste. Well done to the catering staff, full marks. Room at the back near the pool area, to noisy with keep fit classes and music booming out, bit like Mickey Mouse club for the over 50's. Just constant noise and we went there for a rest. Sliding doors very hard to open & close plus didn't fit properly. Hotel decor in certain areas needs attention, looking very tired. Overall staff very helpful & friendly but would have to recommend Iberostar Torvicas Playa out of them both which is far superior.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the front if you want some peace and quiet

My Husband and I have just returned from a 10 day all inclusive stay, at Las Dalias, we did not like the view from the room we had been allocated as it looked over a walk way and the wall of another balcony, basically no view room 329, so we requested another room, and were told the hotel was full except for a premier view room number 907 at the extra cost of 150 euros. We accepted the cost and took the room as it had the most fantastic view of the whole area and sea.
The rooms were clean and had lots of hot water at any time, TV had various English TV channels not just the usual BBC world wide news or Sky News, We had some days when the weather was not so good so appreciated watching a bit of ITV or BBC at times.
Beds are a little too hard for me which gave me some restless nights, they were fine for my husband and not as hard as some beds we have slept in over the years. We were given extra pillows without asking, when the cleaner realised we used the spare blankets for extra pillows. Our room was cleaned to a high standard each day, with clean towels, and everyother day we had clean sheets. The decor was fine but the carpet had a few stains on, i would say the room was getting a little tired and will need updating soon. The aircon was quiet and worked well.
The food was very good with lots of choices and plenty of it. The staff were all very pleasent and helpful, you were always welcomed into the resturant. The choice of red or white wine or beer, or sangria where all of a reasonable standard, and you could have as much as you wanted. The qualities of cheeses was very good, with lots of fresh fruit. The only down side I would say is the juice making machines, the orange juice was like watered down squash, but on the up side on 3 morning we were offered champagne on entering the resturant, and some mornings and evenings they made fresh fruit drinks in front of you and handed them around. The pool area was very pleasant with plenty of beds and unbrella's for shade. There was plenty going on all the time if you wanted to join in and the entertainment staff were the best I have ever encountered on holiday. They were all happy, pleasant, helpfull, not forcefull, worked very hard and around all the time, during the evening shows they were entertaining. The service at all the bars was fine and quick, there was live music most nights in the Diana Bar on the reception floor, with a dance floor if you wanted to dance in this area too.
The location of the hotel was good near a shopping mall with lots of shops resturants etc. The sea front was about a 5 minute walk away with lots of nice cafe's and lovely views.
We really enjoyed our time at this hotel and it is the first time we have been to a hotel in the Iberostar group, we would definately go back again.

Room Tip: Rooms above the 3rd floor with a pool view would be better.

spent a week at Las Dalias hotel very recently. Excellent location, close to beach, shops, bars and restaraunts. Very clean, good choice of food, very friendly helpful staff. Good entertainment. We were on the top floor so have excellent view of pool and sea. Quiet on a night, no loud footsteps of people returning to their rooms. Got glass of champagne on arrival and next morning for breakfast. Glad we stayed half board. Would definitely return

This was my first stay in the Las Dalias all staff were friendly and very helpful there was a wide choice of food for the evening meal and friends can be made while at the toaster at breakfast time (two passes through toaster needed) Claudia looked after us well in the dining room, the down side the wall paper in the dinning area was coming off the walls, in the bathroom there was a smell of sewage if the balcony door was open and I was unable to fill the bath or hand basin as the water drained away passed the plug fittings as no sealant was used on assemble.
