“Easter get away”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 April 2014

My wife and I have just spent a week in this Hotel over the Easter. We found this Hotel to be excellent value for money. Located very close to a good range of restaurants and night life but far enough away to be quite at night time. The pool area is well maintained with a nice pool, pool bar and plenty of sun beds. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 in the morning and is buffet style €5 a head. Staff are very helpful and friendly in the main and the cleaners are very reliable. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with air conditioning, hair dryer, fridge, cooker, TV, dining area etc. I have no problem recommending this Aparthotel as a no frills good value holiday centre.

Room Tip: Book a room overlooking the pool.

There was nothing particularly wrong with this hotel, but nothing to mark it out particularly either. On the positive side:

- very friendly and helpful staff on reception
- free parking at the hotel (albeit fairly limited)
- good choice at breakfast
- good location for restaurants and the lovely Playa Vistas beach

But, less positively:

- we ended up in room 001, right next to reception and facing the pool on the ground floor - which meant very little privacy. Chap on reception recommended requesting an upper floor apartment on booking, or it seems you're likely to be lumbered with the poorer rooms.

- soundproofing isn't great, and there was a lot of noise on our first night. Loud music and shouting from elsewhere, it seemed to be carrying on the wind. Thankfully wasn't there on the second night, but it might be more of a problem in the busier summer months.

- free wifi only available in reception, which seems pretty rare these days. It is available in the rooms, but at extra cost - which seems very tight!

Room Tip: Be sure to make a specific request for upper floor or pool facing rooms, otherwise you'll get wh...

Very happy with this hotel. Its spotlessly clean, the rooms are a great size (we had a 1 bedroom apt in main hotel). We asked for a high level room and pool facing and got both so its worth asking. We went b+b and the buffet breakfast was pretty good but could have done to have been warmer. Its in a great location, nice and quiet on a night and close to bars (Hole in the Wall, Highland Paddies, Corner Bar etc) or a 10 min walk to Veronicas area or 5 mins to Los Cristianos bars. Beach only 5 mins walk also. Would definately stay here again.

Just back from a week in these apartments. Requested a pool view but didn't get one. However our stay was very pleasant. The traffic wasn't a major issue. The pools are quiet at this time of year and are quiet cold. The poolside refreshments are excellent value with a happy "hour" between 1pm and 3pm . The rooms were a little dated but spotless so no complaints here. WIfi is free in the lobby area buy costs €18 per week in the room. Shopping , bars and eateries are within a 5 min walk in any direction for the hotel which is excellently located. Beach is just a 5 min stroll. All in all this is a good base for your holiday if you are looking for basic, clean and quiet lodgings

Room Tip: Pool view is still a better choice but don't be put off if you don't get one

Stayed in the apartment no 18, ground floor, balcony facing the small pool, just had to nip over the fence for a sun bed and we could go back in the apartment for drinks and snacks, very quiet in the evening so if you wanted an early night in bed you won't be disturbed. Only a short walk to the bars and shopping areas and beach.

Stayed at this hotel for a week in march and on arrival i thought it was a bit dated . We was given room 408 which is on the roadside, the room was quite nice and had lots of room but we did get woke up a few times by the traffic i think it would be better if the windows was double glazed.the breakfast was the same every day but we found it was enough as there is a good choice the only complaint on the food was it could have been warmer. The hotel is keep spotless and found the staff friendly. The pool area was also spotless and never had a problem getting a sunbed at anytime of day. This hotel has no entertainment day or night so if you dont like going out this my be a problem . This hotel is perfect location for the nightlife and shops only a couple of minutes walk and this is why it suited us but it wont be everyones cup of tea i hope this helps.

this establishment is in an ideal location clean and very friendly staff the room we had was 222 and although facing the road was overlooking the mountains and sea view ,but if you are staying for over 2 weeks and hoping to have cooking facilities BEWARE the kitchen is very poorly equipped no kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, which we had to hire a kettle tv only small flat screen and only 3 channels extra cost for more channels matress for sun loungers extra cost all in all I would advice that if you are looking for a place to to have better facilities to search for owners direct who would have these at no extra charges, also be prepared for a bun fight in the morning to get your sun lounger although the pool area is spotless, and well maintained just a shame that the kitchen is so outdated
