I love barbecue and coopers food supported my craving. It's a large friendly place with big tables and giant portions. The meat is sold by the pound and is absolutely delicious. I had pork ribs and beef ribs. The beef ribs were some of the best I have ever tasted. They were tasty and the meat fell off the bone. The pork ribs were not quite as good. Although they were cooked the meat was a bit tough. My wife had the brisket and we both thought it was Devine. I would definitely go back to this place and highly recommend you give it a try when you are feeling like a ravenous meat eating machine.
