I was in Palestine to address the Chamber of Commerce at their quarterly luncheon. My work, and travels, teke me to many different places. What a surprise to find such an incredible place to eat in what seemed to be an out of the way city. What Christian "Chef" and Dawn have achieved in the Red Fire Grille is delightful. The ambiance is only the beginning of what turned out to be one of my most enjoyable meals. The steak was comparable to Koby beef that I have eaten in Japan. Everything was fresh! I could tell the food was prepared by someone that is more than just a Chef. Fortunately I was able to eat there three different times while visiting. With a little notice, Chef prepared a meal that met the different nutritional requirements of one person in our party. Worth the drive; well worth the experience. Judy Goodman, Columbus, Georgia
