was wanting some good Sushi. Went at 1130 and had to sit at the Sushi Bar, which was cool to watch all the food being prepared. I picked the 10 piece Chefs choice, and was very happy with the selection. I had a Japanese beer and the was very light and very good. All the sushi was perfect. Very well cut and prepared. The meal came with a salad and soup. So there was plenty to have. The prices were typical of a very good Japanese restaurant. There are some Japanese Buffets on 75, in south Plano that are very good, and can compete with Densetsu, but you will see your meal being made. You will enjoy.
