Many previous trips here. Always good food and attentive service. This time went as a party of about 20. They have a 4 course menu for large groups with a range of entree choices for $20 a person. It was well prepared and well served. Even with that many people it was a smooth operation in a full restaurant. Owner actively involved in the process and service people performed well. BYOB.

You can't beat a local family owned Italian place with $10-$14 entrees and BYOB! Went for a birthday with party of 8; no problem getting room and a couple of groups were going on too...just give them the heads up and they will be ready!

We were looking for an Italian restaurant near us. So so many of the so called Italian restaurants are either pizza joints or high end and over priced. When we read BYOB we sort of figured low end pizza for Cafe Amore. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Cafe Amore may look unassuming from outside but it is anything but within. White tablecloths, elegant & some of the best food in the area. All for what you might pay at any large chain but without the tune of screaming babies. But it doesn't stop there. We gauked at a dessert served to the couple next to us & one of the waitresses whisper tirimassu to us. So best to save room for the dessert. The entre I had was the talapia in white wine cream sauce. Exquisite. Hate to post this review as I'd rather keep this secret to myself.

This is a very good restaurant off the beaten path. Very reasonable prices and good service. The food is made while you wait. The staff is friendly.
