We arrived early on a Sunday morning to an almost empty restaurant. The host/bartender/waiter seated us. The decor is pretty rustic - nothing fancy - just the way we like it. This place is about the FOOD! The brunch menu is quite large and has a wonderful variety - not just the same old suspects. And very reasonable prices. We started with mimosas and were brought chips and flavorful salsa. Then we were brought a little complimentary tostada that was very good. I had the Maracas casserole and my husband had the migas. Both were fantastic. He said they were probably the best migas he has ever had. My casserole was really a bowl with layers of potato chunks, grilled chicken, mushrooms and spinach topped with hollandaise sauce and two over easy eggs sprinkled with almonds. It was too much for me. I thought the almonds would be a little weird but it was a nice addition for crunch. I would definitely recommend and come back!
