When we arrived, the front desk discovered that our on-line Thanksgiving reservation dates were incorrect. The young man behind the counter caught the mistake and was very nice. He said that it was an honest mistake and that they had rooms and would credit the "no show" charge for the wrong date towards the two nites that we did stay. We had a nice stay and called the business office after we left to ensure the credit would be made. The business office said that they will never credit anything ever. Remember this if you ever make reservations there. We followed up with a letter explaining the situation and asking again about the credit towards the two nites that we stayed. The business office didn't respond nor will they call us back. They are horrible business people and have lost about 15 to 20 years of our business. Our first grandchildren were recently born and live near their hotel. When we visit in the future, we plan to stay elsewhere. Don't trust ANYTHING that place tells you.

Terrible business practices! You call and they quote you a rate then when you arrive about 5 minutes later they change the rate. This has happened 3 times to me. It has come to the point that I will not stay with them.

Great location, but no ethics at all.

Room nice and roomy for a 3 day stay. comfy beds. Fee internet service. Tub and sink drains were very slow draining. Laundry room - washer overflowed and dryer didn't dry much of anything. Informed staff. Breakfast ok..terrible eggs. Staff was friendly and helpful altho there seem to be some communication difficulties..some didn't speak English and that was a problem for us. Overall, stay was fine.

My husband is a truck driver who never even made it through the door of his hotel room, yet was charged on his credit card for his reservation. He's been in this line of work for over 30 years and routinely checks the hotel directories for tractor trailer parking and then calls the hotel, double checks with the reservations clerk for tractor trailer parking, and then has them hold a room on his credit card. He called this hotel after confirming through the Comfort Suites directory that there was indeed tractor trailer parking, and was told by the desk clerk that there definitely was. However, when he showed up at the hotel, the parking lot was not large enough for him to get his truck into. He left his rig by the front entrance and went in and spoke with the manager on duty, whose name is Sunita "I don't give out my last name", and she denied up and down that any of her clerks would've told him that there was truck parking. She literally called him a liar. She could not attest as to why the directory said that there was tractor trailer parking, and she was "sorry" but she had to charge his credit card for the reservation as it was after 6:00. My feeling on the matter is that these people know exactly what they are doing to attract the truckers and then purposely rip them off, as they obviously cannot walk away from their rigs on the highway in order to stay in a room that they reserved under the false pretense that there would be a place for them to park. Avoid these scam artists.
