Our first visit to this restaurant chain was fantastic. We chose it as a last-minute lunch idea & had no regrets. We had two fabulous appetizers, the bread was exceptional, and our lunch exceeded expectations. The service was great, too, as well as the ambience. We'll definitely go back.

The food is good, but not outstanding. The location and atmosphere are also good if you are in the area. It would not be worth a longish drive.

This is the place that you bring family or friends that don't know about very good dining. The Staff was nice but still learning. The steaks were good but not great. The saving grace was the price of the wines and the selection. Not over priced and they had a pretty good selection.

I don't normally go to chain restaurants, however, i had a gift card. It has a decent interior, and wasn't very busy when we went. Our waiter took a long time to serve us and get us water. He also was not very attentive the whole night. The drinks and food were all standard 'chain food' fair. There was nothing Local or Texas on the menu. There was no local beers or liquor, and all their food was labled "Texan" or "Longhorn" even though there was really no relation to the Austin or Texas area. The food itself was alright. The onion petals were good with the dip. We got the Porterhouse for 2. The steak itself was a decent middle of the road cut. The sides were uniform, which usually means they are frozen to start. The Sweet potato tots are sweetened with carmel, which was overkill. Overall, the experience was mediocre at best. Just another reason to stay away from chains.

First time at a Longhorns and it won't be my last, our server Tim while he was a little busy was excellent, he recommended a local beer which I want to experience something that was Texan and wow it was great "Shiner Bock". We three had steaks of varying kinds and the all came in a timely manner and were cooked as requested. The plates were all cleared which is a testament to the food no doubt. The pricing was acceptable and the overall experience left us wanting to return, again thank you Tim and the Longhorn franchisee.
