We stayed at the KOA within walking distance and enjoyed our dining with our 2 small children. John the bartender made the experience really fun. He makes an amazing pina colada of his own creation. The coconut shrimp is fantastic. They also make a coconut tartar sauce to go with it and that is a recipe I would love to have! They had live blues music on the pier one night. The ocean breeze and music made for a very enjoyable experience. A little pricey, but worth it if you order the right things.

This is always a dependable spot for fried shrimp baskets or a poboy sandwich. I enjoy the coconut shrimp the best. Huge outside bar area over water. Often live music playing. Great spot for lunch or very casual dinner. Friendly servers-attentive.

Is was ok, but not worthy of a 5.

Most everything is fried, hence the bar food. However, the fish basket was decent. The shrimp wasn't bad but was way to heavy on the breading, they should hbe know better.

It seemed like none of the servers had assigned areas because one person seated us, another took our drink order, another took our food order, another deliverd it, somebody else refilled drinks, finally and someone else finally brought us our check.

This was our first experience at the restaurant and I must say that the wife and I had a great time. Our waiter, Alejandro, was awesome and made us feel quite at home. The prices were fair, the portions were amply-sized and the food tasted quite good. It was also nice being able to eat over the water-a different experience, for sure. And needless to say, we will definitely be back!
