A group of friends and I stayed at the Sapphire for a late spring vacation on an off season weekend. We rented condo #1308 from a privately owned property rental company. The building itself is a beauty and the location is great! The room was nicely furnished and had sufficient household items to avoid dinning at restaurants. Nonetheless, our major quibble came with the Sapphire staff and property management. When we first arrived they had an unfriendly demeanor and portrayed themselves as unaccommodating, this was disheartening as there weren't many guest in the otherwise massive two towers most likely as it was off season. On that same note, if you decide to bring guest make sure it’s within their max limit as management will be quickly to remove your loved ones from their property and even threaten to contact the local police department even if they planned to stay for minutes. We have never encountered such heartless and unwelcoming people; including property manager Mary Lou Knuckles who made the decision to tell her security guard to contact the cops. I do not recommend staying at this property. You will be much better off renting a house further up the island.
