My grandson had his birthday party at Urban Air today. He along with 9 friends enjoyed it tremendously. Everything is provided for the party except the cake. Birthday person gets an Urban Air t-shirt.The bouncing dodge ball pit was the favorite activity. There were many spotters available to keep all areas free of kids not following the rules. Staff was helpful. We had a wonderful hostess for the party. There is an area for smaller children...7 and under. If there is a negative, I thought the price was a little much. Definitely recommend it for a party, or just an afternoon of family fun.

This review is for the new Frisco Location:
On a quiet day over the holidays, a group of ten of us went to the new park in Frisco, hoping for a much better experience than we normally have at a competing Plano trampoline park. And we were definitely pleased with the choice! Very friendly staff, staff that actually cared about mixing older and younger kids in the dodge ball court. The place is brand new, so everything is clean. Only two complaints: really need a carpeted surface in the seating area. Cold concrete floor on bare or socked feet is uncomfortable. Secondly, the small squares for jumping don't allow for acrobatics.

We went during the preschool age only jump time. It was a lot of fun and parents had fun as well. The two year old with us took a 3 hour nap after that visit. Well worth it!

We loved Urban Air! We were in the metro-plex for a family getaway and decided last minute to take our four kids--two 11 year-old boys and two 13 year-old girls. We found a coupon online and wasn't exactly sure what to expect and if it would entertain all six of us for the two hours we signed up for. Well, it did! We all participated and thoroughly enjoyed it as a family. There are multiple areas to experience and we became braver the longer we were there. :) The big surprise: Everyone was having fun exercising! There was a small concession stand and a water fountain. The jumping does make you thirsty and sweaty--so, dress appropriately and stock an ice chest with bottled water for afterwards.
My one complaint, is that the staff was not consistent. For example, the one watching the dodge ball area, was on her phone and didn't enforce any rules; the one watching the open jump area, was a whistle blower for every little thing. There needed to be a middle ground...allowing fun, but safely.
I highly recommend Urban Air and hope to see one closer to home in the future.

We went using a discount coupon, its a little expensive otherwise. There were regular trampolines, foam pit and dodgeball. Enough to keep people happy for 2 hours. Can't bring your own drinks, and this gets expensive. Was worth it once.
