During my once-a-year business trip to the Temple-Belton area, Pignetti's is now on the "must do" list. Last night's visit with a large crowd of 18 coincided with a sold out wine tasting event in the restaurant, but our group received personalized service and special attention regardless. The wine recommendations of the sommelier were perfect and an outstanding complement to our appetizers - including the wonderful crab stuffed mushrooms - entrees and desserts. My house salad, lobster ravioli and crème brulee were perfect, and all my dinner companions raved on their main proteins, from ribeye to chicken to mahi-mahi; however, the risotto was universally called "bland" by those who had it. I definitely will return!
