I made my third annual visit to Pignetti's and only regret that travels bring me to Temple just one time each year. Pignetti's has become an annual tradition for a large business group that gathers in the area for three days each year. So vast is Pignetti's wine selection that we send someone ahead the morning of our trip there to sample and make selections of our bottles. Even then, we usually leave with one or two bottles to take home with us. A wide variety of pasta, seafood, pizza and grilled beef, chicken and pork selections tempt the diner. On my server's recommendation I chose the pan seared black drum, perfectly seasoned and prepared. The wonderful corn risotto and asparagus were the perfect complements. The desserts were tempting and my large group sampled the decadent chocolate cake, the tiramisu and the incredible Limoncello Marscapone, a fantastic lemon cake. I am already looking forward to my next trip!
