“Great to explore”
Reviewed 27 April 2013

As they expand these trails, you just don't see much publicity. I have used the Flintridge loops for running and biking, and caught a small article that the bridge to the other side of the creek was complete. I have been reluctant to stray too much, because various bandit trails have popped up which can get your turned around. You can now cross over the creek, and catch the south trails that have many alternatives and decent markings. I now do a bike loop thru to Fleming Park, over to Gosling and back north on those paved bike trails. If you go west on that side (after crossing the new bridge), the trail continues about 1/2 way to Kuykendaul (the end shows a map of how it will eventually go all the way through). There are various loops off that trail. I had no idea there were so many options for biking already available. Great amenity.

“A nice outing”
Reviewed 21 January 2013

There are trails that you can walk or run. Not crowded even on a weekend. You can go for a short walk or a long run, it's up to you.

“Trails aren't long enough”
Reviewed 16 November 2012

The preserve is well maintained but the trails aren't long enough. You have to do the loop trail 2-3 times to get any distance.

“Good Walking and Hiking”
Reviewed 10 November 2012

Take a nice long walk along a good trail through the woods. Stop by the creek and watch the deer when they are out. Ther area is well kept and has a good number of hikers and the trail is marked well.

“No you have not seen it all,”
Reviewed 11 October 2012

Take a stroll, but not a hurried stroll you want to enjoy not just the botanical part, not just the water part but all of the wonderful hidden treasures, amazing sculptures and HIDDEN features and delights through out the area. I am not going to spoil the surprises. Go see for yourself.
