The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The decor is a little tired but the treadmill in the gym was great. The menus were limited but ok if you were only staying for a short time. The pool looked good but I never made it in.

We stayed here for one night on a Saturday. We were there for a basketball game for my son but they did have a concert that evening as well. The hotel is very pleasant and the people at the front desk were very kind. I felt that the room was a bit pricey but I guess the rates go up when concerts are there. I didn't realize how close you are to everything until we walked out looking for a place to eat. The trees are nice and big here so I never noticed the restaurants and shopping right across the street. Very convenient! We thought that breakfast is a bit expensive, especially when the chain hotel right next door has free breakfast and free social hour in the evenings. We did enjoy our stay here and I thought the beds were very comfortable! And the cold water/coffee station in the lobby is a nice touch.

This is hotel is top notch! We were in town for the 4th of July. The manager Matt gave us print outs of the venue and exactly what was going on, where is was happening and what time. The front desk was exceptional as well as the breakfast crew!

We stayed at this particular hotel since it was in walking distance to the Cynthia Woods pavilion where we were to see a concert. Much to my surprise there was shopping and restaurants across the street from the pavilion which made it really easy to do some shopping, eat and drink before the show!

The hotel is great. Parking is free and right out front so you do not have to hassle with a parking garage. Very attentive, friendly staff. Fresh lemonade, tea, coffee available in the lobby area. The rooms are very clean. In fact, the hotel looks pretty new to me. Carpets are fresh and clean, no room service clutter in the hallways. Free internet. : )

The price was a little expensive for me but it was worth it to be close to everything. The Hilton Garden Inn was less expensive than other hotels in the same area.

If I go to another concert at the pavilion, I will stay here again.

Room Tip: When you go into the bathroom and don't see the toilet paper, look way under the countertop. It...

From making the reservation to checking out, this property is the perfect place to stay! The lobby is welcoming, the staff is polite and friendly. This location is excellent, lots of shopping and food in walking distance. I found the property to always be well kept! I have stayed here before and plan to return again.

If you're looking for great hotel & service for the best price in the area this is the one to pick. I stayed over July 4th and to my surprise they were actually fully staffed with professional happy people.

After a hard day work and hot/humid day in the city of Houston, there is nothing more welcoming then ice cold water in the lobby and the friendly smiles at the front desk! I will choose Hilton Garden Inn over any property in the woodlands.
