“Cool spot with lots of flavors to try”
Reviewed 26 May 2014 via mobile

We popped into Fielding's on a business trip. I was pleased with the freshness and quality of the menu & food we ordered. I had the Cobb salad which was excellent. The EVOO milkshake was certainly a different experience!

“Real food with unique flavors”
Reviewed 18 May 2014

We have been to Fieldings twice now and have really enjoyed our meal both time. Both visits have been for lunch. Kind of crowded with the tables very close together. The fries that I thought were like real fries were baked potato pieces quartered and then fried. Interesting but not my favorite. I thought they would be hand cut idaho potato french fries. All of the different sauces they offer are very good. Nice selection of craft beers too. If you are trying to go out in The Woodlands and don't want chain food this is a nice alternative.

“Good but not great”
Reviewed 15 May 2014

We were a party of 7 on a Wednesday evening. Although they do not officially take reservations, they had set up a table for us since we phoned ahead. The atmosphere was pleasant - more on the casual side.
The wine was good but no bread was served. We love good, warm bread so that was disappointing. Our waiter was excellent. He took a lot of time to tell us about the restaurant and the good. He was very knowledgable.
A couple of us had the Greekee salad with chicken. A bit overpriced and a little too much dressing but good. A couple people got the bison burger and thought it was pretty good. The bayou burger was not a hit. The person who ordered it said it tasted uncooked and did not finish it. The green beans, mashed potatoes and baked/fried went over well but did not get raves. Dessert-wise the pecan pie and ice cream in a jar was delicious. The carrot cake and chocolate raspberry pot were good, but not outstanding.
We thought it a little pricey. I might go back if it was located closer to my neighborhood or I happened to be in The Woodlands. Not sure I like enough to make the drive otherwise.

“The best of the burgers and more!”
Reviewed 15 May 2014

Another Cary Attar venture, this restaurant starts with fine quality foods, great prep, friendly service and the typical Cary attention to every detail. Great brunch on weekend, and good for a quick, exotic burger, or wonderful fish (fresh every day) whether for lunch or dinner.
