A nice restaurant that doubles as a place to shop, Tommy Bahamas is a fun restaurant that indulges the senses in several ways. Patrons can enjoy several special foods, appetizers, and drinks then walk into the Tommy Bahamas store to purchase a shirt, hat, or other accessory.
Tommy Bahamas Woodlands location is close to the Cynthia Mitchell Pavilion and Woodlands Mall, right there with other more upscale restaurants. I like to start off a visit to Tommy Bahamas with a specialty drink or craft beer, along with an appetizer such as the tasty and not- too- filling chicken lollipops. Meals include plenty of interesting choices, my personal favorite being the roasted jerk chicken. An end of meal dessert like the key lime pie is a great way to wrap up the afternoon or evening in a well- rounded and memorable way.
Tommy Bahamas has some tasty specialty drinks and wine, but keep in mind that most every drink is priced above $10. Among the adult beverages, only the beer is priced lower and I am happy to report that Tommy Bahamas does have some local craft beer available along with the usual Michelob Ultra, Budweiser, etc., so everyone should be happy. The dinner entrees are also on the pricey side, but one must remember that most of the restaurants in the surrounding area are equally pricey and equally upscale.
Overall, Tommy Bahamas in the Woodlands is a nice restaurant, well deserving of a visit or two. Most will agree that the food is very good and while prices are expensive, the quality is about on par, so indulge and enjoy.
