We were met by a super nice clerk by the name of Whitney, who took care of all our needs, even to getting me coffee and seeing our luggage was taken to our room. The beds were super but
I loved the walk in shower. Haven't seen one like that. We felt like we were family. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you for your kind words! Even though we're a small boutique hotel, Whitney and the entire Hotel Indigo family will strive to give you "5 Star" service whenever you visit, at a much more reasonable price.
The Ownership has invested generously in making the accommodations as stylish and comfortable as possible. Amenities such as AVEDA spa products, Kuerig Coffee, rich hardwood floors, over sized glass panel showers, professionally clean linens for your pillow-top mattresses and much more.
We look forward to seeing you again son!

Kindest regards,

DAryl Barnes

This is a lovely hotel, but the customer service by some of the employees is definitely lacking, especially Whitney at the front desk. Her standard reply is, "I apologize, but..." and then tells you that there are no more rooms to move into if you're dissatisfied with your room because there's an overwhelming scent in it. Then when you explain that surely there are rooms that people haven't checked into yet since it's still early in the day, she makes up another excuse. Then when you go the front desk, luckily she's gone, and an actually helpful person like Ankit moves you to another room. Or she apologizes that she can't give you a late check-out, but then if your husband asks, she can. Hmmm.

Also, the restaurant has less than stellar customer service. One morning, my husband asked several servers, and even the manager, for a cup of coffee, and could never get coffee or anyone to take his order. He's normally a patient man, but he finally left and went somewhere else for breakfast. However, the last time we were there for breakfast, we had a very good server taking care of us. Unfortunately, there was a long black hair cooked into my over-easy egg. I will not eat there again.

Then there was the maintenance man who knocked on my door when I was taking a nap and had the Do Not Disturb sign out. When I told him I was taking a nap, he actually said since I was now up, could he go ahead and change the door lock battery. Seriously. I couldn't make this stuff up, but I wish I had. We would prefer much more enjoyable stays in Waco.

Thank you for sharing your observations with us. Needless to say I was very concerned with your experience and somewhat speechless as for almost two years of being open this has not happen before. The entire team has been exceeding expectations as shown by the many other postings and reviews but rest assure your concerns will be addressed and be sure to ask for me personally when visiting Waco again.

Very Good here! the staff is great and the rooms are very nice. Did have some questions, where to go what to see in Waco and several guys made proposals. Thanks Whitney.
The rooms are very clean and do look very new and bright. They have a laminate floor, which is great to me. No ancient dirt in the carpet because there is none. The floor doesn't squeak at all when you walk on it. Silent rooms too, not much Sound from neighbour rooms or outside.
The showers are that big you can even turn around wtihout hitting something.
The coffee maker in the room is a real Kaffeemaschine, you'll get a strong coffee in the morning.
Breakfast is extra and starts at about ten Dollars. The great thing is: It'll be served to you, no buffet no line up! i did like it

Room Tip: Choose a room with view to the parking lot. On the other you have a railway - which is not loud and...

Thank you for making us your hotel of choice when traveling to Waco and Baylor University.
People love the hardwood floors, no pet dander or soiled carpets here.
Other amenities include AVEDA Spa products, KEURIG coffee makers, 42 inch hi-definition TVs and much more. Other more cookie cutter properties may offer breakfast that is frozen and or micro-waved, not here where meals are made fresh daily and produce supplied from local markets.
Whitney and the entire team look forward to making your next stay even more enjoyable!

Sincerely,

Hotel Indigo exceeded our expectations of quality and cleanliness! They have a welcoming staff that immediately made us feel right at home. Cy and his team run a first class hotel. I can't wait to come back! Stop by the restaurant. Their food and drinks are awesome!

This is one of the newest, if not the newest hotel/motel in Waco. The rooms were very nice with ample space and very courteous front desk and restaurant staff. It is very upscale compared to many others in the area.
Two points of information: there is no complementary breakfast, and based on certain Baylor football home games, up to a 40% to 50% increase in room rates. This is not unusual for other motels in the area, so traveler be aware. They all take advantage of the college activity to make up for average room bookings the rest of the year, which makes them more profit. There was also a parking problem with a full house of quests.

Thank you for your kind words regarding our beautiful, new boutique Hotel Indigo.
The entire team has been going above and beyond to earn top ranking among the almost 50 Hotel Indigo's throughout the Country! A contemporary, vibrant and inspired design infused with local accents and flavors swaits you. If unbelievably clean, comfortable and exceptional service are what your're looking for we are your place!
Rates are competitive with the other more dated hotel choices in town, in essence you get what you. pay for. Remember Baylor University does tend to sell out the town so book early to get the best rate.
Being a boutique hotel, the brand has chosen to offer a delicious home made menu prepared with ingredients grown by local distributers. (Nothing frozen or micro-waved here)

Look forward to seeing you again soon!

Best-kept secret, Indigo's the hippest gem among Waco's mostly-chain inns lineup. Bar, breakfast, service, ample parking deserve 5-stars. Excellent proximity to I-35 & Baylor, it is blocked Homecoming exclusively for University VIPs. Hotel Indigo is in a league of its own for comfort, newness & boutique feel smack in the heart of Waco's business district.

This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay a the Waco Indigo and it is still tops in our opinion. The room was sparkling, the hallways and lobby were spotless too. In the lobby is a nice sized bar with some very tasty appetisers and the best carrot cake I have ever eaten...EVER.... We also had Sunday brunch and the breakfast tacos with equally tops.
While at Sunday brunch, we noticed the manager (Mr Barnes) greeting new guests, saying goodbyes to departing guests, then helping behind the front desk and even helping guests seated for brunch....My wife and I were very impressed with him and the entire staff.

Can't wait to come back soon.
