This "library" is a gem located in the most unlikely of places. If you love the poetry of Elizabeth Barrett Browning and Robert Browning, this is the place for you. The Library houses more of the Brownings' memorabilia than any other museum in the world. Dr. Armstrong, chair of the Baylor University Department of English many years ago, befriended the Browning family and accumulated this outstanding collection of articles for the Library. From the stained glass windows--the largest collection of stained glass windows dedicated to their poetry--to the Hall of Meditation, the Library is a quiet place to reflect on the work of these two poets. Docents are available to guide you through the Library and parking behind the building is easily accessible.
