Husband ordered a Fort Worth Riley is was tough and less than store bought quality. I ordered the Salmon it was beyond dry and very fishy tasting. Salmon is suppose to be a mild fish. We were offered to have our meals replaced but this is the second time this has happened to us here and refused. They did take our meals off our ticket which was a plus but we will not be back!!!

We met a group from Austin here. We arrived before they did, seated promptly at a large comfy table. Our waiter, Garrett, was accommodating and friendly. Our salads were crisp and served in icy cold bowls with lots of dressing on the side. 2 steaks, chicken fingers, pulled pork sandwich and smothered chicken were tasty and served hot. The only complaint was the steak fries were too salty. You may want to request little or no salt! We will return.

Don't arrive around dinner time since the wait can be ridiculously long! This is why iwe gave it an avg rating. The rolls and meals are excellent! Staff members are kind!

You can't beat eating at Texas Roadhouse in Waco. My favorite meal is the Dallas Filet, cooked medium. It is so tender that you can cut it with a fork. Their rolls with the cinnamon butter are mouth watering. I can taste them right now. Their house salads have just the right things: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, eggs, and croutons. I like their honey mustard dressing. Their loaded baked potatoes are awesome. I wish I could eat there right now.

It was after a Baylor football game plus it was Family Weekend. Texas roadhouse did a good job in turning tables and keeping wait time to a minimum. Food was good, as usual. Server, although pulled in multiple directions, did a great job in taking care of us.
