These falls are easily seen from the freeway but getting up to them is a little tricky. There are signs once you know what to look for and the path to the falls is well maintained and really quite attractive in its own right. Once at the falls you get to experience the sound and cooling effects of the spray from the falls and you can read the dedication plaque from the Mayor of Niagara Falls. The park itself is a destination that would be very attractive even without the falls. It is a very large park area with multiuse areas and several very attractive water features. Even though you are in the city and bordering a residential neighborhood it is still possible to find quiet shady spots that are very private and calming.
