“Cute Motel, Nice Quiet Town”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 August 2014

In town, but still a peaceful location. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable, bathroom a little old school as was decor in general. TV was on a table which a little different. Breakfast was a typical tasty Best Western fair. Only real complain was that we had a family of about six squeezed in the room that took a while to settle down and because of the thin floors it was disturbing until they finally fell asleep.

Room Tip: downstairs risky if folks upstairs are noisy

Drove all night thru AZ & Utah then found this gem on the internet a little ways off of the highway. We checked in about 2am without a reservation and lucked out with a 3 queen family suite.
Very clean and comfortable room and hotel.
Decent breakfast and the pool looked nice and clean but we didn't have time to enjoy it.

This was a GR8 find through an internet search! The previous reviews were very good so I thought I'd give it a shot....this hotel went well beyond my expectations! Best Westerns are always pretty consistent (which is why I like staying there!) but for an "older" hotel, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and updated with an easy to work, newer, flat screen TV. In addition, the grounds were very nicely manicured, the pool was clean, and I liked the rear access parking. The front desk man didn't even blink when I said I had a dog and a cat making us ALL feel very comfortable and even the "pet area" lawn was lush and green showing your true "pet friendly" attitude!! I will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents....as well as recommending it to friends and family!!

We stayed here on our way to a family reunion in Colorado at the recommendation of my brother who stays here whenever he travels between Colorado & California. We realized upon our arrival that this is also where we'd stayed on our honeymoon trip 15 yrs ago and had loved it then! We made our reservations ahead of time and got a great rate. This place is clean, the staff extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly and our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful...fresh and tasty! Definitely recommend this place & will stay here again!

Check in was fast friendly and efficient. Staff member made 2 recommendations for dinner. Offered to help us with any other things we night need for a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the furnishings seemed newer. The air conditioner was in the back of the room by the bathroom, in an alcove, which seemed a little inefficient. The main complaint that I have was that when I showered and a toilet flushed elsewhere the water got really hot. Not fun. Breakfast had hard boiled eggs and yogurt for protein. Greatly appreciated. Checkout was handled quickly because we received the receipt at check in.

We were in the area in a fishing trip and didn't get into town until late (and had no reservation). Beaver is centrally located and the facility is on the Main Street. Large, nice, inexpensive rooms and a great complimentary breakfast! The staff is friendly and very helpful! We will stay here again!

This a reasonable hotel with a good pool close to city center. We had two queen sized beds, one in each room. Daughter and grandaughter liked the arrangement of the rooms. Parking is a little bit awkward for some rooms.
