If you want to feel at home away from home, this the place to stay. Spotlessly clean place, comfortable bed, Zen environment and you will remember the breakfasts for a long time. The most amazing smoothies and breakfast dishes. Eric is very creative! Both hosts, Jarod and Eric are very charming and hospitable. You will enjoy the place! It's close to the nearby attractions too.

What a treasure...our hosts are amazing people who welcomed us and know the area well to make sure we were comfortable and happy. And a terrific breakfast. Attention to detail at this B&B was amazing from the welcome drink to the beautiful common areas. Thanks for a great visit...and the breakfasts were fabulous!

Room tip: All rooms are quiet.

This B&B is a precious oasis. We booked it based on the raving reviews but didn't expect it to be that great. Everything about this place is tasteful and was beautifully designed by Jarod and Eric who themselves are the best hosts possible. Amazing breakfast, beautiful views and a lot of care to make us feel welcome every moment of the day. Thank you very much xx

Eric and Jarod are honestly 2 of the best people we have met in our years of travelling! They own this beautiful little oasis in the desert, built with the intention of making it a B&B. All the details of this home, from the layout to the decor is accounted for and beautiful. They also have a hot tub on the sun desk above the garage which is intimate and wonderful. The house is just off the main street and thoughtfully located to prevent anyone from getting lost. Jarod greeted us and walked us through their beautiful house. We met Eric the next morning who made us amazing breakfast!! it was so delicious!! Eric and Jarod sat out on the patio with my husband and I and we had lovely conversation and we honestly, didn't want to leave! These two men are gems and they run their business with love!! It felt like we were staying with friends! Lastly, my husband had told them that we are traveling for my birthday and we were actually staying at their B&B for the eve and day of my birthday. They were ever so thoughtful and bought us a bottle of champagne, ready and chilled for us with champagne flutes in the fridge!
Eric and Jarod, thank you for hosting us and making our stay so wonderful and memorable! You two are wonderful, so warm & caring, thoughtful & considerate, and truly made us feel comfortable with what felt like long-lost friends! If we are ever out there again, we will most definitely come and stay again! Thank you again new friends!! :)
With love, Vahishta & Afshin

WOW. On behalf of Jarod and I, we can't say anything else! Well obviously we can so here goes! As the dishes pile up and a moment is taken to finally make a reply to this review, we are simply without enough words to say thank you. Thank you for seeing it, "getting it", and enjoying it too!

We mirror personalities quite easily in this way of making a living, but how can we express the golden opportunity to meet so many personalities, and from so many places in and outside our country. Opening this B&B 17 years ago, we always talk about the incredible wealth of social exposure through our guests that most people never experience in their whole life. Mix this with jovial personalities, add kindness too, make some breakfast and share conversations over coffee and it's something magical and so rewarding.

We're real face value people, and we celebrate it through hosting. Thank you EVERYONE for taking the time out of your busy day to write your words here in all these reviews. It's golden to see and we're forever grateful to have met you and meet again and again.

Cheers from Eric n Jarod,
Your Lake Powell Hosts!

Amazing place. Arrived the hotel at 5pm after full day around Canyons - was treated some ice cold beer at the catus garden at the backyard. Woke up to catch a morning sunrise next day - Best feeling is to come back from a morning sunrise at 6am to heart warming coffee and amazing breakfast. Also don't miss out the rooftop jacuzzi - best to relax after a long day of walking!
