“Nose Picker behind the counter”
Reviewed 12 September 2013

We stayed here traveling back home from the Grand Canyon. Place was clean and what you'd expect at a Comfort Inn except for the owner/franchisee or whomever it was behind the front desk picking his nose. We checked in and were received by a very nice and competent young lady. We brought our bags to the room on the 2nd floor. No elevator. Wifi and cell coverage was good. We went out to dinner and noticed this bearded man who had on a t-shirt and looked like a biker behind the front desk. He was literally picking his nose. I mean really going at it. Grossed me and the wife out. We went to dinner at Rays which is the only wet place in this otherwise dry town. Free breakfast was excellent.

We arrived late. the lady at the front desk went out of her way to help us. We booked a nice room on the second floor. The two queen sized bed were very comfortable, with a selection of soft or firm pillows.
We had trouble with the TV remote. The front desk clerk was right there to resolve the problem.

Arrived in town and River Terrace Inn was sold out. Was told to head over to Comfort Inn. Very nice woman at the front desk. Very helpful and friendly. (Sharida?)
Be sure to get a room on the first floor unless you want to hike up the stairway with your luggage..... No elevator.
Room seemed nice, though the sheets could have used a good wash or two in bleach. Breakfast was good and complimentary! Chocolate Belgian waffle was YUMMY!
Nice view out window of Green River/Southern Utah scenery.
Pool didn't seem to be open? Hot tub seemed to be pretty low on water?
Overall, not bad, but not fabulous.

Clean, spacious room. Lots of pillows, which was nice. The air conditioner worked well. The shower the usual low flow-ish type so typical at hotels/. Nothing to be done about that. We didn't try the breakfast so don't know what that was like. We tried to stay at this hotel on the reverse way of our trip but it was full, darn. We paid in the $80s, but after taxes ended up being about $100.

The room and the facility was quite nice, The breakfast was good in the morning and the bacon was cooked the way I liked it (greasy).

However the drawback -- no elevator and they did not honor the reservation request I had made. I requested a 2 queen bed room on the ground floor. We got there and were told those rooms were all gone and they gave me a single queen. My wife has a hard time with stairs. We finally were given a 2 queen room on the 2nd floor. Other people in our group heard the desk clerk say that they don't worry about reservation requests it was first come first served. We just happened to pull in behind a tour bus that had NO reservations and many of those people were given downstairs rooms.

Room Tip: this road does not get much travel at night so all rooms should be quiet. I think a subway is at the...

No elevator here, so if you have a lot of luggage, get a ground floor room. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. The outer doors did not seem to be the greatest for security, but the area seems to be fairly safe. Did not get a chance to try pool. This hotel is quite a drive off I-70, so if you're looking for it at night don't expect to find it right at the exit.

Room Tip: We stayed on the south(?) facing side of the ground floor near the east(?) end of the building. No...

Stayed here with 25 students, teachers and staff. It's not the Four Seasons and not all the staff was a friendly and helpful as Brenna. And we weren't the easiest group to come along, we created our share of "nuisance". But it was definitley great for our needs and would stay there again. And Brenna is the best thing to happen to that place. She got me out of a bind when I left something in my room and needed it shipped overnight. She went above and beyond! One caveat and a warning for those with much and heavy luggage, there is no elevator. Just. Heads up.

Room Tip: No elevator so choose accordingly if you have special needs.
