Ok hotel to stay in for just passing through. However, no customer service existed. Clerk (probable owner) did not welcome us and was very surly. He seemed annoyed to check us in.

He also set up the continental breakfast in the morning and scolded me for pouring coffee when it was not done brewing.

Lobby bathroom was dirty - he did not move to clean it, have someone else clean it, or apologize to us. Just said "well someone made it dirty".

Mattress did not have a mattress pad.

Shower was nice & bathroom was clean.

We did not feel welcome here and will not stay again!

This hotel is very, very new. It looks like it just opened. We were worst-case customers who drove in late at night with few options to select anything else. But - $90/night + 13% tax is too high for this place. The pool/spa were small and over-chlorinated, shower curtain was falling off a few loops, door handles loose, toilet running, shoe marks on the walls in the stairwells, store-packaged "continental breakfast", lukewarm coffee, plus the place smells a little weird. The lobby furniture is odd and cheesy, there were two bench seats from a minivan in the lobby and a dirt bike with a flat tire parked within 2 feet of the entrance door. It looked like it hadn't moved from that location in a while.

The good things to say about it are the sheets and pillows were nice and clean and the AC worked well.

I'll assume this is representative of Ramada Inn hotels and won't be staying at another unless I'm out of options like I was in Green River, UT.
