During our stay in Hanksville, Utah, we had breakfast at Duke's, not-descript on the outside but great western interior. Both dishes had huge portions, like beyond truck stop huge. I had biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, and hash browns (see photo). These biscuits were the largest biscuits that I have ever been served in a restaurant, about 4" in diameter, however they were too sweet for me; gravy was thick and tasted good. Service was superb.
