We stayed two days in the Victorian Inn, as Kanab is strategically situated between the two National Parks we wanted to visit: Zion (+-45 minutes) and Bryce (+-90 minutes). Kanab itself is a quiet little town with some restaurants, a few places to stay, a number of gas stations and 2 supermarkets. So everything you need is there, and not a lot more :-)

The Victorian Inn is very good place to stay: the room we had was spatious, with a super large bathroom and a good bed. Very clean! The staff is friendly, we checked in a little early but that was no problem. Everything we asked was responded on/actioned on promptly. The breakfast was more than enough, with plenty of choice.

The only disavantages, and that's not the first time we encounter these, are the instable WIFI and the thin walls which made the hotel a bit noisy: light sleepers will probably have some problems to sleep.

But: we would rebook this hotel without any hesitation.

Rooms were decorated beautifully, huge bathroom, super comfy beds, great variety for breakfast with nice dining area, very friendly staff, everything and all areas very clean and well maintained. Quaint little town; would have liked to stay longer and visit surrounding areas but this was a one night stop between visiting Zion National Park and going to North Rim Grand Canyon.
Enjoyed staying at this Inn and highly recommend it.

Just got back from two days at the Victorian Inn in Kanab. It was a sweet place. Room was nice but small and a bit dark. Nice full breakfast. Very gracious help. Great value, very reasonable and not as corporate as the Holiday Inn where we stayed the last time. We would go back!

Room Tip: My colleague had a double room which was bigger than my king. She had a table to work on, my room didn't have one. Ask for first floor if you need an elevator, they don't have one. Just beware you will hear people above you.

I agree with all the raves but would add that it's one of the few B&Bs that will accept egg orders to your liking and succeed in preparing that way.
