Nice Inn. Breakfast was very good. The walls were very thin though and the people on the sides of us were playing music and were loud until very late.

This is a unique and pleasant hotel. Our room was spacious enough, quiet and very clean. Breakfast was adequate -- it's "free". The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we couldn't reliably connect to the internet from our room.

Had a nice experience for 2 nights here. Beautiful lobby. Nice, spacious room. Nice wardrobe to hang clothes and nice big chest of drawers. Walking distance to Dreamland Safari Tours which is a must. Many options at the breakfast buffet. Some outdoor seats to enjoy breakfast as well as indoor. Refrigerator, coffee pot, nice flat screen TV in room. Nice bathroom - sick was a bit too high for me - seemed higher than standard (not too much of a problem). Only odd thing was in order to use the coffee pot we needed to remove it and bring it near an outlet as there wasn't an outlet where it was positioned.

We stayed two days in the Victorian Inn, as Kanab is strategically situated between the two National Parks we wanted to visit: Zion (+-45 minutes) and Bryce (+-90 minutes). Kanab itself is a quiet little town with some restaurants, a few places to stay, a number of gas stations and 2 supermarkets. So everything you need is there, and not a lot more :-)

The Victorian Inn is very good place to stay: the room we had was spatious, with a super large bathroom and a good bed. Very clean! The staff is friendly, we checked in a little early but that was no problem. Everything we asked was responded on/actioned on promptly. The breakfast was more than enough, with plenty of choice.

The only disavantages, and that's not the first time we encounter these, are the instable WIFI and the thin walls which made the hotel a bit noisy: light sleepers will probably have some problems to sleep.

But: we would rebook this hotel without any hesitation.

Rooms were decorated beautifully, huge bathroom, super comfy beds, great variety for breakfast with nice dining area, very friendly staff, everything and all areas very clean and well maintained. Quaint little town; would have liked to stay longer and visit surrounding areas but this was a one night stop between visiting Zion National Park and going to North Rim Grand Canyon.
Enjoyed staying at this Inn and highly recommend it.
