“Nice place for children to run & play”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 July 2014

We took our two grandchildren, ages 4 & 7, to visit the Dinosaur Park and were surprised by the line to get in, until we learned it was Free Day at the museum. Bonus! The museum is nicely laid out and included not only dinosaur exhibits, but also gemstones. We enjoyed walking through the indoor museum and the kids enjoyed the interactive stations.

Outdoors, the dinosaur park is a series of paved walking paths which are nicely landscaped and dotted with dinosaur statues. The adults enjoyed the landscaping and flora, while the kids ran from dinosaur to dinosaur. After about an hour, they were ready to go straight to the playground area.

If you go in the summer, pack your camera, sunscreen, bug spray and cold drinks. There is a small concession stand, but selections are limited.

“Grandchildren love it!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 June 2014

I have taken my grandchildren here twice and they loved it! There is a small museum and then the park has hidden life sized dinosaurs that the kids have fun looking for. They also have a playground with a dinosaur slide. It was a relaxing place and not too busy which made it nice with young children. The 3 and 4 year old boys loved it.

“Great Fun Every Time”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 June 2014

This park is a blast for visitors of all ages. For the little ones, there are dinosaur-themed playgrounds, interactive encounters and educational crafts. I have been taking my family here since my oldest was 4; 15 years later we still visit this once a year just for the fun of it. You can walk the whole park in under an hour if you hurry, or take your time and spend a good 3-4 hours or more. There is an excellent indoor museum and dozens of amazing outdoor dinosaurs. There's plenty of shady places to sit and relax and enjoy your day. The admission prices are extremely reasonable, especially for an activity that you can turn into a whole day outing.

“Worth our family membership, but feels tired”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 June 2014

My daughter loves dinosaurs, and considering the few options in this area, Ogden's Dinosaur Park definitely is worth the relatively inexpensive year long membership. If you have a few kids, grab that membership and enjoy a nice place to relax while your kids play around the outdoor park like atmosphere. Though, considering the more than ten or fifteen times we have visited over the years, I would like to see the Park add some new attractions and perhaps polish off some of their older ones.

“Great place to take the kids.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 May 2014

I went to the dinosaur park quite a few times when it first opened and now my kids are taking their kids there. It is just a fun place packed with things to see and do. If you have kids who love dinosaurs, they will love this place.
