Mojos has given Ogden's young musical community and many with "nothing to do" a great place to congregate in a fun, funky and eclectic atmosphere. Furnishings range from '50's untiques to what have you, the walls are covered in art from floor to ceiling, prices are very affordable and the atmosphere is great.
The owner, Ron Antencio is a great friend of Ogden and serves tirelessly on a number of boards dedicated to preserving and enhancing the city, and he really cares about the town's teens and twenty-somethings.
There are all kinds of themed musical evenings featuring open mics (for music and poetry, e.g.) and musicians from just-starting-out to touring bands (some which got their start at Mojos). And all kinds of music.
A real Ogden gem (and asset).
I've spent an enjoyable evening there.
