It was storming and pouring rain when we drove into Panguitch,Ut. We pulled in a convenience store just as lighting took out half the lights in town. A young man at the store recommended Blue Pine. When I got to their office, the owner was using a battery operated lantern, she handed me the key to her last room. I was so grateful.
The room was clean and we were happy to be out of the storm. The owner is a hard working, friendly lady that we appreciate.

We stayed there for one night. The room was OK and had a TV, microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. The room was clean. Great value for the money. Located near Bryce Canyon. The hosts were nice. There was coffee and tea in the reception room.

It was pouring rain and we didn't want to put up a tent. We randomly pulled into this motel and were we ever surprised. Such a nice clean place and the manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful to us. We ended up staying another night. The room was basic, no phone, but who needs one these days. The TV was great, all is clean and fresh looking. The only down side was a little noise from the plumbing in the next unit. Great value for the money.

Room Tip: Try for a room towards the back.

This motel has obviously been around for a while. At first glance it looks like what my mom used to refer to as a "roach motel." But take a second look. This motel is as clean as any newer and nicer one I've stayed in. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have made some upgrades over the years. If they would upgrade their mattress and box springs and install hair dryers I would have nothing even slightly negative to say. It is a great deal and only about 30-40 min drive to Bryce Canyon. Also, it was very quiet. No noise from any neighbors. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights on a trip to Bryce Canyon. The hotel operator was very friendly and helpful. Our room was basic, but clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. There are new flat-panel tvs and Direct TV in the room along with Wi-Fi, which was great. The rooms are a bit dated and the bathrooms could definitely do for a renovation, but they are clean and functional. My biggest issue was the shower, which is a small one-person stall, which I would be ok with, but the shower head is installed such that anyone below 6 feet tall has to stand practically against the back wall to get the water on their head. I'm sure that's an easy fix if they just did a quick re-install of the shower head... There is a cute ice cream shop across the street with delicious ice cream. One warning about Panguitch in general, if you are here on a Sunday, pretty much the entire town is closed ALL DAY. So find somewhere near the park to eat all your meals. Even the grocery store is closed!

The motel is well situated, at +/_ 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon. The price is good. For the price, the room we had was well furnished but the furniture is a bit "old". The curtains and the bed cover had some small holes. The air conditioning and the heaters are efficient. The WIFI is excellent and TV is modern with ample choices. The room was clean.
The motel is closed to he 2 Panguitch supermarkets + some restaurants (we tested only one restaurant for our 2 nights). The room we had is a bit noisy. We were right in front of the Highway. This did not really disturb our sleep.
We would sure return to this motel.

Room Tip: Ask a room at the back side ....

This motel located on the main street is very basic. We stayed in two of the newer rooms which face the street. They were clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was a nice fluffy pillow. The property is located in the center of a town filled with interesting buildings and businesses all within walking distance. The owner of the property is a delightful lady who couldn't have been more helpful.

Room Tip: Rooms to the right which face the street are newer, larger and quieter.
