We reserved a cabin for one night, and upon entering the beautifully rustic cabin we went right back and booked a second night! reasonably priced to have your own private cabin. Yes the water heater was small and being a family of four, you took a shower wait and hour and then then next person would take one, but i'm not complaining trust me i could be a alot worse (i've stayed in some really bad places!). The price was right the food at the restaurant was great (try the wasabi mayo yum!!!!!) I highly reccommend this wonderful place!! i even took a few of the business cards for my friends back home! Loved it!

We stayed 3 nights just this past week. Quiet, great size of room and very comfortable bed. Bathroom/shower was a bit small. The owner was friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed in the cabins at Harold's Place several times. The cabins have been very well kept over the years. They look almost new inside and out every time I stay there. It's a great place to stay when visiting Bryce Canyon because the drive through Red Canyon is so beautiful. It also puts me closer to the Bike trails and the Adobe Cafe, my favorite restaurant in the area.

Room Tip: Get a cabin.

We came from Kanab and were looking for a place close to Bryce Canyon. For the price I don't think you can find a better place. You reach the Canyon in 15/20 minutes. We stayed in a cabin, wich was clean and spacious. The shower was very nice, hot and a good waterstream.
We had breakfast here next morning as well. Watching all the hummingbirds feed outside the windows while eating pancakes, was a very nice way to start the day.

Room Tip: Choose a cabin, if you don't book in advance, book while you pass to go to the canyon.

Like another reviewer has stated, it's hard to exactly say anything one way or another. The hotels in the area surrounding Bryce Canyon are pricey, this was not and it was available so that's a plus.
It was clean (I stayed in the hotel not a cabin) and quiet.
The staff were very personable, down to earth people and also the owners I think.
It is no more than 15 minutes from Bryce Canyon and even closer to Red Rock Canyon, which I suggest as well.
The restaurant is very close and the food is good.
The downsides are probably the internet, which isn't really good enough to do much more than e-mail (but if you are in this beautiful countryside you shouldn't be on the internet anyway.)
Also, the staff were a little hard to contact within the hotel after hours, most of the time you have to call them and they will come over or help you on the phone.
