We chose Adobe Sands because we wanted a place where we could walk to all activities and there were five of us with the kids & it had three beds. When we got there, it turned out the room was 22.00 more for the two nights than expected. It was late, we were tired and the woman wasn't exactly friendly. She also insisted we pay when we checked in. That's okay, just haven't had to do that in a long time. We get to our room and outside of our door is a large coffee for cigarettes. I scooted it away from our door. The room was stale & there were cobwebs by one window when we went to open it. It was clean enough for an older motel. But when the bedding slipped off the mattress the first night and my eyes swelled up because of the past smoking in the room....I just can't recommend this to anyone. People were smoking outside their doors, which came right into our windows or we had to walk through when we stepped out of our door. We were told no pets, would have brought ours if we could, but there were several people who had them. Perhaps against rules. In the ad it says there is a BBQ area and we had planned on using it. However, it is where everyone congregated to smoke and drink. We weren't pleased at all. Found other places a couple of blocks closer to Main and Central that were less expensive and much cleaner.

Room Tip: If you haved no children, don't mind smoke it could be okay.

The room was disgusting, it smelled really bad and the bed wasn't cleaned up, it was full of hair!
The lavabo was broken and the shower wasn't cleaned up neither. The windows and the curtains were dirty too.
71 $ are way to much for the room, you can get nicer rooms for less money in other motels.
We wouldn't go there again!

Very inexpensive, friendly elderly owners. The room had a bed, TV, free wifi AC and a bathroom with a shower.
It was really all I needed as my buddy and I were on a weeklong motorcycle ride and needed a place to stay. The whole town is pretty much mom and pop motels.
I was quite pleased with the value and the bed was just fine.

We spent 2 nights here. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and certainly worth the cost. The owners were more than happy to do anything for us... Recommended restaurants to go to and tips for what to see at Bryce Nat'l Park. Overall a very pleasant experience. We would stop there again.

We were looking for somewhere cheap for a night and this place fitted the bill. The room was big and clean and the beds were comfy. The wifi was a bit weak in the room but usable. The tv was old but had a good selection of channels. There weren't many plug sockets. There was a small, but noisy, fridge. The bathroom was clean and the shower ok, as were the towels. There were a few people staying at the motel but there was no problem with noise. I'd stay there again.

We walked to the Subway for tea, there didn't look to be much open on a Sunday night and the weather was awful.

We stayed here recently. Chose based on price. Was underwhelmed to find less than basic amenities. Room had 3 electrical outlets pre-polarized and non-grounded. We unplugged the coffee maker to plug in phone charger. Outlet in bathroom was a 50's style with non-polarized outlet in light. No exhaust fan in bath and no usable soap holder in shower. Room is a time capsule with decor from the 50's - 90's. A 19" TV is wall mounted with Dish. TV and box connected with a dangling extension cord from one of the 3 outlets in the main bedroom. A table like platform serves as a desk holds a small fridges which never shut-off while we were there. The other outlet had the lamp between the beds plugged in. A battery operated clock serves as a ticking time piece (no light, so unable to tell time in the dark).
Bedspreads were 70's. Two 50's style chairs are in the room. One sinking and hard to get up from.
Beds were firm but very sleep-able. There were a couple of spots on the carpet. Room appeared to be clean, but bath floor had not been mopped and was not cleaned-- it appeared to be lightly swept. Paid $59 for the room $10 for room and $49 for wireless (it worked flawlessly which was the only redeeming factor to the room).

Place appeared similar to other motels in the area. Definitely a Highway 89 pre-interstate time capsule. We made a short notice trip and was unable to find any other accommodation under $100. I guess you get what you pay for, or less that what you pay for here.

Room Tip: If going to Bryce, there are better places (Best Western South of Panguitch) or on Highway 12 toward...
