Even though it was the end if the season we did another yearly trip to Empire. We had a few non skiers with us so it was nice for them to se the view, runs and lodge. Food is consistently fresh and the menu changes nightly. Pork cheeks were excellent , and the lamb leg cooked in the hearth was accompanied with a nice jelly homemade . Always a nice evening . One free corkage per reservation and I do have wine and alcohol.
