This area is wonderful in all seasons. The skiing/boarding is terrific and the scenic views in the fall are not to be missed! It's a very good chance you may even see moose if you choose to take a hike in the summer or fall. There are plenty of condos for rent in the area as well.

Don't pass up the zip line adventure! 2500 feet, 250 feet over the mountain and 55mph. Can't beat it for fun.

Canyons has a very big footprint across the mountain with lots of great narrow runs thru the trees. Lifts are fast and it wasn't crowded during the week.... everyone was spread out across the mountain. Slopes were icy under fresh snow due to warm temperatures this past week, but well groomed. Had a great day and look forward to gong back.

The worst skiing I have ever experienced. The resort should not have been open, rocks and trees sticking up everywhere. Unfortunately the last run - sidewinder(ice winder) is the only way back to the main lodge, melts during the day then turns into solid ice by the end of the day. I have been skiing for 20 years and have skied on ice before, but this was the worst I have ever seen. Solid ICE! and I have a terrible injury. I felt like the ski patrol did not take any measures to ensure our safety and many people fell. When I got to the clinic it was full of people with injuries. As I fell, 3 people fell and slid into me. I also got the impression that the resort was just happy to bring in money to the orthopods that day, and did not try to post signs or close off this horrible run. I will never ski here again!!

not a quaint resort anymore. For the lift ticket price there are many better mountains to ski at. The new owner has changed everything and in my opinion not for the best.
