The staff at the hotel were so responsive to our request for a portacrib and high chair. They had the most wonderful activities for our children including an opportunity to paint ceramics, see a 3-D movie with popcorn and other fun things. We needed extra towels at the pool and one of the staff immediately brought some to us. Everything was lovely. All the staff were so friendly and actually seemed to be happy to help us. We will definitely chose this hotel again when we are in Park City. Great for couples and amazing for families. We had a total of 19 in our party and everyone felt the same. The suites were well equipped and beautiful. Great Hotel!!!

Room Tip: This is a perfect hotel is you plan to do the Alpine Slide, etc. Park and walk to everything.

Nice property at the base of the Park City Mountain resort.
I went in the summer, but could see the location would be ideal for a 'ski in, ski out' vacation.

The rooms and lobby are in great condition. This is a time-share property, so the rooms generally consist of a large suite with kitchen, with the option of having a second room which can also be rented separately.
Nice furnishings, with clean rooms. Smallish LCD TV's, probably due to original cabinet designs for Tube TVs.

Room numbering system is a little confusing, Number doesn't easily let you know what floor your room is on. Odd.

Nice pool area, though it was quite crowded when we were there.

Most significant problem with this location is parking. The resort has very limited parking on-site in a parking garage below the building. This was full every night we were there. They had an arrangement with another parking facility to use their spaces, but it was several blocks away. Resort provides a shuttle to remote parking, but annoying. In the winter I would suspect this is more of a problem, as the other parking lot would be used more heavily.

If you are disabled, you may not be able to park near the building. My father has a disabled parking permit and was unable to park at the building in a disabled parking spot. Part of the reason this occurred is that the front desk staff was telling patrons to park in the disabled parking when the regular parking was full. This is from direct conversations I had with front desk staff and the non-disabled patrons parking in the disabled parking spots. Very disturbing to me.

There are also some large surface lots nearby for the ski resort that are basically empty in the summer. However, they will tow anyone who is parked in these lots after 2 am.

This is a fantastic resort with full accommodations for families, the rooms have a full kitchen and gigantic bathtubs (you literally could fit four people into the them). Their is a large pull out sofa which can sleep three children easily, there are doors separating the bedroom which is great for privacy after they go to sleep. Rooms also have a washer and dryer combination so you can do laundry if you want to bring less clothing and do your own.

There is a daily activity list for children which is great, if featured movies, horseback riding and whit water rafting. Only negative is no room service, there are restaurants if you walk of property a small bit. This is a great family resort with plenty for everyone.

The facilities at the Marriott are very nice and this is a nice location for a summer vacation. It is really a ski location, but great site for a summer get a way.

There is very good golf nearby, and many trails for biking and hiking. In addition, they have the Winter Olympic sites to visit nearby. You can ride the ski lift up and down the mountain for a scenic outing.

There is free bus service right across the street to the Old Main Street, which has shopping, brew pub, museum and many restaurants..

Room Tip: Rooms in the upper floors have less children and are much quieter.

We stayed here with our timeshare and had a two room suite on the 5th floor on the side of the building. Very quiet, away from the mountain view but we had plenty of wildlife sightings outside our windows. The resort is right beside the Alpine Slide and Coaster. Tons of hiking right from the resort (get a trail map) and public transportation anywhere in the area from main street to the outlet area. Although my kids are older, it seemed like there was plenty of activities for little ones and movies every day if it rains. For older kids, the public bus is great to go out and about without needing a ride. Multiple grocery stores in the area and tons of places to eat within a short drive or bus ride.

Room Tip: We were on a 5th floor facing the side of the mountain. Very quiet.

A great place to stay with kids. The Pool area was very nice. Loved they had a game area for the kids...my son enjoyed playing pool. We did not get a suite...felt the room were a little on the small side. Bed were very comfortable. Location was great, right next to the alpine slide and coaster.....which was lots of fun. No restaurant on site, the ones close by are over priced and that good. Very disappointed in the housekeeping...during our stay there popcorn and cracker crumbs in the hallway...not once were the hall vacuumed. The reasoning for the average rating.

The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. We have a great view of main st and the lift. Highly recommend it. Comfortable king size bed and good size bathroom. There is a pool and hot tub. The parking is below and it is included. The location is the best.
