EPC is the restaurant in the Hyatt. We ate 4 breakfasts, one lunch and one dinner here. The breakfasts were good especially the steak and eggs. I also loved the chorizo scrambled egg wrap. The kids loved the steel cut oatmeal with all the accompanying goodies. At lunch, we had the cheese curds and they were delicious. Overall service is a little spotty as is the consistency of dishes from day to day.
