We loved the area & all the help we received at the hotel! Ski valet was helpful as well as the staff answering questions & guiding us to restaurants. We did use the shuttle service which was most helpful! Breakfast was only a short walk from the hotel! All our needs were met!

In the Canyons, a new development in Park City.
Not much around it, so either rent a car, or be happy with the shuttle that takes you into town.
Nice beds, you sleep great.
No restaurant, so you have to walk to the area with a few restaurants across the street or go grocery shopping and cook in your suite.
We had a very spacious 3 bedroom. Only downer was not enough seating around the fireplace. Only one couch and one chair, and our party was six.

Our room was excellent and the staff (incl cleaning, ski valet, Bell Captain) all very accommodating and helpful. This was a ski trip and the location was quite good with easy access to the lifts & dining establishments. One note, if you're truly a beginner skier, you'll find it easier to walk to the Red Pine Gondola rather than taking the Sunrise lift (just outside the hotel) and skiing down to the gondola. We had a lot of snow while there and the short green run was quite tracked out & much more difficult than the standard green runs on the mountain.

What a great find this was. My only regret is that we didn't ski more at the Canyons. Deer Valley is a must see and Park City is good but very crowded. The Canyons though is a great resort. Good amount of challenging runs and not overly crowded.

The rooms at the Hilton are immaculate albeit in a retro color scheme. It's ski in but you have to cross the road to ski out. There are 2 hot tubs and a heated pool which are lovely. The staff are very helpful and it's just like staying in a 5 star hotel without the price tag and without a restaurant. I've seen other
reviews complain that there
isn't a restaurant but most places deliver and the restaurants are only a short stroll across the car park over the road. We ate out most nights in either Deer Valley or Park City even though their are plenty of options close by. The shuttle service is excellent to take you to out at night as well as in the morning to the resorts.

My only negative of this
resort apart from the color scheme is the staff pushing their time share. I was asked 3 times if I was interested and I felt awkward each time I had to say I wasn't interested.

Having said that all the staff and genuinely friendly and very helpful.

There's a big difference in room sizes...so be prepared to pay more to not be in a small room. No amenities for drinks or snacks on site. Must walk to other nearby hotels or restaurants. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable.

Excellent accomodations right next to the slopes. Our Studio had everything we needed for two people. Other rooms were 1, 2 and 3 bedroom with gourmet kitchens that would have been great for a larger family vacation. The heated pool and spa were perfect for Apres Ski. Love this property and the location!

Very nice hotel with most of the expected amenities. Very nicely located near the slopes - although it advertise it as a "ski in/out" it really isn't but the lift is only a few steps away (about 3 minute walk). The biggest drawback is there is no bar/resturant in the hotel. Once this is corrected this will be a premier place to stay. Overall - this is a very nice place to stay for a ski vacation.
