I like to see all. Just go stop and see. I also love to see all art galleries on Main Street. There are a lot of fine Arts for any taste. Personally I like antiques.

Fly fishing, hiking, horse back riding, hot air ballooning, symphony under the stars. Lack of air conditioning was a problem for 2 days, but the rest was great!

We came to Park City in September for a spot of hiking, and as a more pleasant spot from which to explore Salt Lake City on the odd daily excursion. Having just been in the Lake Tahoe area (hiking the Desolation Wilderness), Mammoth Lakes (and ALL that has to offer), and the Great Basin National Park (another great hike to the ancient bristlecone pines & glacier), we felt Park City was a bit of a let-down. Pretty enough, but it doesn't offer the scale or the vertical extent. We hiked Bald Mountain from Deer Valley, and the Mid-Mountain trail, but felt that we'd then kinda seen it all. Maybe better for mountain-biking...

Great entertainment with lots of fun booths to shop til you drop. We saw a wonderful puppet show with the most beautiful puppets we have ever seen. Great selection of bands and lots for the kid to take part in.

Forget the skiing, crowds and snow during the winter and come to Park City in the summer!!!! The options you can find here for outdoor recreation are even more abundant. Fishing, hiking, biking, exploring and outdoor activities makes this an ideal location and great option for getting out of the summer heat. If you are a hiker, the mid-mountain trail from Deer Valley ski resort all the way to the Park City resort (or even out to the junction) is a wonderful way to spend 4+ hours, taking you through some of the most beautiful scenery around. Get a map, though, before you hit the trails. Don't miss the Alpine Slide at the Park City resort. Prices are very high, but worth the cost. A daily pass is a great option to get the best value.
