We spent 4 days here and everything was wonderful. It was hot and the pools are great. Staff was always kind and attentive. Breakfast was provided and had something for everyone, even eating there over multiple mornings where we were able to vary our selections. Rooms are renovated and large. The AC performed flawlessly which was important during the high temps we had. We will stay here again.

Room Tip: 2 story Hotel so if you have a pref, make sure you specify.

I am glad to read things went so well. The staff will enjoy reading your comments. We have a great maintenance staff that does their best to have everything running flawlessly. The breakfast staff has been contentious to offer different foods during the week so there is variety for our guests who stay longer. Both departments have been raising the bar on guest service; it’s very motivating for the rest of us.

This hotel is newly remodeled and is a wonderful place to stay while in St. George. All rooms have 27' flatscreen TV's, microwaves, and refrigerators. They also have an indoor pool with spa and an outdoor pool/spa and wading pool for the kids. There is also a putting green.

Room Tip: All the rooms we have stayed in are wonderful. We have stayed in the east "wing" and this...

Thank you for your endorsement. Our flat screens are actually larger than you mentioned, measuring in at 42 inches! We recently upgraded our television service and have several HD (high definition) channels. There is also a great line up of music stations that I think a lot of our music lovers will enjoy having available. Come again any time!

You’re a great guest! I’m glad you received a great rate and you chose our property. Come back soon anytime! If you have not yet done so, check out the Tuacahn plays. This year it is Disney’s Aladdin and Hairspray. I have seen both shows and they were terrific!

Loved the Best Western in St George. We were there during record high temps and were really comfortable at the BW. Indoor and outdoor pools are small but do the job, nice little gym, great specious new rooms that are very clean. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and fruits. Lovely! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I can't think of anything I didn't like and the price was right amazing.

The property itself is clean but just a nothing special motel feel. The outdoor pool is pretty nice. We were disappointed with the customer service. We had driven all day and our kids were ready to swim. We just wanted to get in our room and change into our suits and relax. We get all the way to the other end of the property and our key card does not work. Called the front desk and she comes finally and could not get in the room either. At this point, I expected to be offered another room right away. Instead, we were told to wait 20-30 minutes while they figured it out and they would find us at the pool. They never came and I had to go back the front desk and we were finally given another room an hour later. The room itself was pretty nice and clean and seemed newly renovated. The breakfast area is like a closet and terrible.

I am embarrassed to admit that, in this instance regarding the door lock, we deserve the review you gave us. Typically, we get such issues resolved in about 15 minutes. I do not have a satisfactory explanation as to why this occurred. To say: “we were busy”, though true, is in my book a weak response. I am very sorry this occurred. I will be reviewing this with the staff to avoid such in the future. I am please to read that they offered the pool and the room was clean and satisfactory. Our breakfast room was originally created as a meeting room. It is the best we are able to offer at present. Unfortunately, depending upon the flow of guests it can get crowded on occasion. Thank you for bringing all this to our attention and for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We will get to work on improving.

Called at the last minute for five rooms for ten tired motorcycle riders. The staff checked us in quickly, gave us a gift and made sure we knew where the restaurants were located. The room were excellent. Couldn't have asked for a nicer motel.

I am very pleased to find we were able to get you in. We have been having a very busy season and would recommend reservations. We love motorcycle riders and groups. It seems the ones who stay with us have always been so cordial, nice and easy going. It’s also fun hearing about some of the places their groups choose to travel. I hope your travels are going safely. Thank you for your review, it is VERY MUCH appreciated.

WOW! Thank you so much for the great compliments, I appreciate you letting the world know of your experience with us! We strive hard to be a great value and bargain for our guests so I am especially grateful that you mentioned it. It’s nice to know a property doesn’t have to be brand new, or the most expensive to receive the praise it receives. I am also very flattered to read that we ranked so highly for your 11 day trip. This property has an amazing staff and I am grateful for each and every one of them. Thank you for your patronage, which is the greatest compliment we can receive.
