I was on a business trip 2 hours away when my husband was on his way to get me and long story short the vehicle ended up going to a shop Monday morning (this was Sunday) the young man at the front desk helped my husband get me shuttle info so I could get to my family and not be stranded in the middle of nowhere. Everyone there was so helpful and even gave us a later check out since our vehicle was in the shop getting all new wheel barrings and all that good stuff. Breakfast was delicious, they even had flavor infused water...umm bonus! Kids absolutely loved the 2 different pools (one outdoor with a waterfall and hot tub and one indoor that was heated with a hot tub as well) the decor and furnishings were very nice and updated, I would say even better than some BW Plus hotels. My family and I will definitely be staying there again if we are ever in the area! Thank you so much for helping my family in such a scary time! :)

Room Tip: We were all pretty tired so we slept really well, there was a high school sports team but they were...

Whithill, It was a privilege to be able to help out. We know how unnerving it is to have unforeseen issues come about, especially when there is car trouble. I glad it all worked out. The infused water is one of our latest tinkering with our breakfast. Thank you for mentioning it, it does seem to be quite a hit with many of our guests. We do try to keep BW Plus standards - the only thing we really lack to be a BW Plus property is to have two elevators. There is a lot to do in the area. If you would like any help planning a trip just give us a call.

I always stay here when I stay in St. George. The rooms are clean, quiet, and the staff are very friendly. It is a great value, close to Tuacahn, mountains, and lots to do. They were very helpful giving us early check in so we could make a wedding reception in the afternoon! This really surprised me and made our quick trip more fun that it would have been without a hotel. We will always stay here when we travel to St. George.

Room Tip: I have liked any of the rooms we stayed in recently and in the past.

Overall the room was decent, and I liked that a continental breakfast is included. However, the space they have the breakfast setup in is WAY too small to accommodate a weekend crowd. I didn't think that was enough to rate too low though because I was pleasantly surprised that we couldn't really hear the group of rowdy people next door; free wifi; beds were comfortable; the pool was really nice with a large fountain, kiddy pool, and hot tub; and staff was gracious to let us do a late checkout without charge. Only other thing to note is that the bathroom tub wouldn't drain very well and needed a little updating; but still nice enough and when mentioned to the staff they said they would get the drain fixed right away.

Room Tip: If you have kids they will most likely put you on ground floor to help minimize noise to other guest...

Jeannette L, We have taken care of the drain. The breakfast room was the first meeting space available at a hotel in St. George. It then became a game room and a breakfast room next. It does get a bit congested on busy days but we have made great strides in mitigating lines and still offering a variety of foods for the hot breakfast. Thank you for your kind comments and mentioning so many of our other great features!

We needed a hotel on the way back to Las Vegas after spending time at Zion. Great value at this hotel somewhat close to Zion and on the way to Vegas. Much better value than staying at Henderson. Great staff, breakfast, and nice pool. We would stay here again.

The reception staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful with all our enquiries, which made such a difference to us. The motel was easy to find, well situated for such necessities as supermarket and gas station and was a good base for our two-day visit to Zion. The rooms were perfectly fine for our three night's stay and the breakfast was better than average. I would definitely use this motel again.

Room Tip: Get a room on the upper floor so you don't have people walking around overhead.

Bobby and Martin, Thank you for staying with us recently. Having such well traveled guests as yourself review our property is always a welcomed event. We would love to have you return. We like to think our location is absolutely the best for a southern Utah stay. We have 18 restaurants within 3 blocks and a lot of great historic sites to enjoy. Please do come again!

This hotel is similar to a 4 star hotel without the price of a 4 star. Excellent decor, comfortable beds, and great looking grounds. One of the best of Best Western. I would definitely recommend this hotel when in St. George Utah.
